Gatlinburg Chateau Condos condo description
This 5th floor 2 br/2 ba Condo overlooks the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. The Gatlinburg Chateau complex is located by red light #3, a short walk from the Hard Rock Cafe, and just over a block from Ripley's and the Aquarium. With so many activities in walking distance and easy access to the Trolleys, you can leave your car parked your entire vacation. There are many fine shops, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance of the condo. Located next to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, you have mountain views in all directions.
A vacation destination for all seasons. Visit in the fall to see the colorful display of fall foliage. In the winter months see the "Winterfest" lights lining the downtown streets. Ski one of 8 trails at the Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort, or ride one of America's Largest Aerial Tramways up/down the mountain to the amusement park. Or enjoy ice skating available year-round at the indoor ice arena. The Summer also offers numerous activities, including horseback riding, water park, putt-putt, hiking, fishing, shows, etc, etc. And don't forget the numerous Outlet Malls in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.
This Condo has two bedrooms, each with a private bath, perfect for 2 couples. The Master bedroom has a King bed and other has a Queen bed. In the living room there is a sleeper sofa with a gas fireplace. The kitchen was totally renovated with new appliances in 2006 and includes all cooking utensils. This six story complex has a glass elevator with a breathtaking view of downtown Gatlinburg. There is a shared laundry facility on the complex. The pool and hot tub are outdoors and seasonal. You'll enjoy a relaxing stay with the mountain and downtown Gatlinburg views at this prime location!

Had a great time. The condo is is in a great location and is very neat and clean. It is within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and a you miss the bulk of the traffic when going to Pigeon Forge. You will not be disappointed.

LOCATION LOCATION. THIS CONDO IS RIGHT IN THE HEART OF GATLINBURG. YOU CAN WALK ANYWHERE YOU WANT TO GO. WE EVEN WALKED TO THE TRAM. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND VERY CLEAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Convenient location - could not ask for more. Lovely condo and excellent view of Gatlinburg strip - Wow - the city lights at night - AWESOME! Very quiet & "homey" feeling. Thank you Channing for making our last minute trip so easy to arrange. We will most definitely be back and we will tell our friends and co-workers also. This is a perfect location to be to see the Gatlinburg Christmas parade which is always on the first Friday night in December - watch it from the balcony!

We havew a great time.... The Condo was really nice.... large baths on both sides. it even snow how we were there.... it was great my kids loved it. Will stay again.... Maybe next time the beach!

Why the Owner Chose Gatlinburg Chateau Condos:
After buying this Gatlinburg condo, many asked why I didn't get a cabin. Answer: If I'm driving 4-5 hours to get there, I don't want to be driving everywhere to do things while I'm there. This condo is located just off the strip, short walk to all attractions in Downtown Gatlinburg. Also, being on the 5th floor has some pretty nice views from the balcony and front door.

I enjoy this location because you can walk to everything. There are many restaurants, shops and entertainment within a short walk so I don't have to worry about parking. I usually drive to Pigeon Forge once to hit the outlet malls, but that's the only time I have to move my car.
