Challenge your friends to a game of tennis or racquetball. All these fun activities are yours to enjoy, at no additional cost and just steps from your front door!!!
"Colorado Rustic" is a good way to describe the décor in this 1680 square foot patio home. Old wooden skis, snowshoes, lodgey prints, and rustic mining artifacts adorn the walls. The use of warm earth tones and textures create a cozy feeling.
The living room on the main floor is spacious and airy with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The open kitchen and dining area makes an ideal gathering place to brag about who skiied the steepest blacks or caught the biggest fish, while keeping the cook company! The dining room table seats five with extra seating at the counterbar.
Sink into the comfy couch or loveseat while being mesmerized by a roaring fire in the woodburning fireplace. Relax on the deck and let a sense of wonder and peace surround you as you enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. The downstairs family room is perfect for those who want extra space, privacy or can't agree on what to watch on t.v.!
The large master bedroom on the upper-most level boasts a comfy, king-size, aspen log bed and TV. A full bath adjoins the master bedroom, as does a large, walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is on the second level and is almost as spacious as the master. It has a queen-size, aspen log bed, dresser, and large closet with connecting full guest bath.
The garden level boasts a seperate family room, third bedroom, and full bath. The third bedroom has bunkbeds (full on bottom, twin on top), chest of drawers, and a closet. This home also offers a full-size washer and dryer. The home backs to a greenbelt which offers extra privacy. Across the street is a trail which will take you to Mountain Side's private lake.
Nearby, is the popular bike path that runs from Breckenridge to Vail. Past the bike path are wonderful hiking trails which take you past wetlands, beaver ponds, over mountain streams, through gorgeous groves of aspen, and even up to an old mining town, Masontown, which was wiped out by an avalanche. There's no need for a car to get to hiking, biking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing - it's in your backyard!
