Welcome to our home away from home! This immaculate, exceptionally clean, beautiful condo is routinely used year round by our family to escape the pressures of the city and enjoy the pristine beauty of 7 Springs Mountain Resort.
This condo is family friendly (we have two young children!), is located right in front of the 7th hole of 7 Springs Golf Course, right next to the Mt. Villas community pool, and has a playground in the common space right next to the building. The back of the villa overlooks the mountains, and is a short shuttle ride (FREE!) away.
The villa has been completely renovated with corian countertops, tiled floors, berber carpeting, full A/C, gas grill, stone fireplace (gas) and all amenities you would expect for the perfect getaway.
There are 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms, beds for 7 adults, 2 TV's, 2 DVD/CD players, 2 video game consoles, movie library (including children's titles). All floor-level cabinets are equipped with child proof latches.
This unit is especially well suited for access by individuals that have difficulty with steps; there are only 7 steps on the half-stair from parking lot level to front door.
Discounts may apply to repeat renters/contract holders.

Why the Owner Chose Seven Springs
My husband and I have been coming up to Seven Springs every year to celebrate New Year's Eve since we got married. It is a short drive from Northern Virginia, to get away from it all. It is a truly peaceful place that we enjoy year round, skiing, summering, and fall festivities. My family is located outside of Cleveland, Ohio so we often meet them in the mountains, since it's a short ride for them as well. We've stayed in numerous properties at the resort and found Mountain Villas to be family oriented, spacious, memorable, and convenient (with its own dedicated shuttle service!). Mountain Villa's is adjacent to the Seven Springs Golf Course, and our unit overlooks the 7th Green. In addition, my husband remembers spending most of his summer and winter vacations at his grandparents condo in Mountain Villas, learning to ski, toboggan, golf, and walk through the woods, hunting for lost golf balls, with his sister, in his younger years.
We knew we wanted a property at Seven Springs for many years, but we waited until the perfect unit, one we now own--was available. It has everything we want, and is beautiful, to boot!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy that Mountain Villas is private, and has its own pool--right next to our building, as well as a playset, also right next to our unit, for younger children. Our unit is at the top of the development, with plenty of space for our children to ride bikes, scooters, and have fun. We also enjoy recently updated balcony off the kitchen, which offers beautiful mountain views and fresh clean air. In the winter, my kids and I warm up near the hearth, which also doubles as a place to dry out our wet clothes from skiing, sledding, and making snowmen! We are right near the heated pool, where our children are practicing their swimming skills and enjoy meeting new friends.

My husband and I live in Northern Virginia with our two children and cocker spaniel. We love getting away from the bustle and traffic of D.C. to our condo that we enjoy year round, especially during the ski season. We are looking forward to having our son join us on the slopes this winter!

This is a wonderful home away from home - great for a Family vacation. Very nice to get on and off the shuttle to the slopes - so easy. Enjoyed the time on and off the slopes. Definetly will be back - thanks for a wonderful time.

We loved staying at this condo! It had everything we needed and was very clean. The entire place was updated and decorated very nicely. We even used the grill on the back deck, which had awesome views. It would be a great place to stay in the summer time, as the swimming pool is right out the front door. The owners were very nice and accomodating as well. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

My girlfriends and I loved the condo! We had tons of space. We did not feel like we were on top of each other. The 2 bathrooms worked out great! Very close drive to the Main Lodge too. Would definitely stay there again!

The condo is very spacious and comfortably appointed. The 4 of us each had our own recliner :) We appreciated all the extras linens, towels, movies, games. It had a home feel to it. Highly reccomend this vacation unit. The owners are friendly and quick to respond to inquiries.

My family just spent 3 nights at this darling Mt. Villa and it could not have been better! We appreciated the meticulous cabin with up to date, newly renovated accommodations. It was like being in our own home! It was so simple to hop on the shuttle and get to the ski lift! We will be return customers.

The unit had not been cleaned properly and was not well maintained. The owners were not helpful at all. I would not recommend this property to anyone. This place has major issues. AVOID!!!!!!
Owner response:This review is NOT truthful or accurate; we are very sorry that this renter was dissatisfied with their experience; however, this review is an attempt to damage our reputation because the renter disagrees with actions taken to remedy their Breach of their Contract with us. Every time we spoke with them during the rental period, they were voiced that they were comfortable and satisfied with the property and how helpful we were answering questions and working with them to accommodate their desires (including a phone call at 3:45am the day they were supposed to check-in requesting “early check-in”—12 hours earlier than the stipulated 4:00pm check-in time—at 3:45am). The renter is upset that due to Breach of Contract on their part, we retained their security deposit due to said Breach and monies owed us. When you rent from us, you enter into a Contract regarding rental, occupancy and use of our property, and as with all contracts, you need to adhere to the terms of the contract and not abuse the property and/or goodwill and trust of the owners. It is regrettable that this renter feels the need to post a false review to damage our reputation because of their own actions. All reviews on VRBO are posted by actual guests, or are transcribed—verbatim—from comments guests leave in our Mt. Villas 9D3 comment log regarding their experience.

The condo was clean, comfortable, convenient, and well stocked! The fireplace added a nice ambiance after days on the slopes. The shuttle to Seven Springs is a 1min. walk from the condo door, which made it nice to not have to use our vehicles. Some places claim to be well stocked, but this condo truly is...sending us home with our "they probably don't have these" items that we brought with us. Aside from the condo ammenities, I can't say enough about the owners! The communication was top notch and helped planning go smoothly. Offering multiple methods of contact and responding in a timely manner assured us that it was important to them that we enjoyed our stay. Give the owners of this condo an opportunity to help you enjoy your stay in the Seven Springs area! A big THANK YOU from our crew to the owners!

We had a great time at this condo over Labor Day Weekend 2010. The condo is beautifully furnished and has everything you might need. We couldn't have picked a better place. The view was amazing. The pool and playground were so close. Our kids, ages 7 and 4.5 were able to have fun and so were the parents. We will be back!!

It's been a month or so since our summer vacation to 7Srings. I find myself looking over all the condo pictures reminiscing of the wonderful stay we had in 9D3! We couldn't have asked for a better location, private and quiet. The pool was close by, clean and inviting for afternoon lunches/picnics, a game of cards and just lounging. Inside the condo I especially loved the early morning fresh mountian air from the balcony and sitting at the kitchen table (with the slider open and a cup of coffee), while everyone still slept, listening to the morning bird songs... Take me back!! We absolutely loved our stay and the lasting memories made with our PA family. We look forward to the future and another visit!!
