Welcome to our home away from home! This immaculate, exceptionally clean, beautiful condo is routinely used year round by our family to escape the pressures of the city and enjoy the pristine beauty of 7 Springs Mountain Resort.
This condo is family friendly (we have two young children!), is located right in front of the 7th hole of 7 Springs Golf Course, right next to the Mt. Villas community pool, and has a playground in the common space right next to the building. The back of the villa overlooks the mountains, and is a short shuttle ride (FREE!) away.
The villa has been completely renovated with corian countertops, tiled floors, berber carpeting, full A/C, gas grill, stone fireplace (gas) and all amenities you would expect for the perfect getaway.
There are 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms, beds for 7 adults, 2 TV's, 2 DVD/CD players, 2 video game consoles, movie library (including children's titles). All floor-level cabinets are equipped with child proof latches.
This unit is especially well suited for access by individuals that have difficulty with steps; there are only 7 steps on the half-stair from parking lot level to front door.
Discounts may apply to repeat renters/contract holders.

Why the Owner Chose Seven Springs
My husband and I have been coming up to Seven Springs every year to celebrate New Year's Eve since we got married. It is a short drive from Northern Virginia, to get away from it all. It is a truly peaceful place that we enjoy year round, skiing, summering, and fall festivities. My family is located outside of Cleveland, Ohio so we often meet them in the mountains, since it's a short ride for them as well. We've stayed in numerous properties at the resort and found Mountain Villas to be family oriented, spacious, memorable, and convenient (with its own dedicated shuttle service!). Mountain Villa's is adjacent to the Seven Springs Golf Course, and our unit overlooks the 7th Green. In addition, my husband remembers spending most of his summer and winter vacations at his grandparents condo in Mountain Villas, learning to ski, toboggan, golf, and walk through the woods, hunting for lost golf balls, with his sister, in his younger years.
We knew we wanted a property at Seven Springs for many years, but we waited until the perfect unit, one we now own--was available. It has everything we want, and is beautiful, to boot!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We enjoy that Mountain Villas is private, and has its own pool--right next to our building, as well as a playset, also right next to our unit, for younger children. Our unit is at the top of the development, with plenty of space for our children to ride bikes, scooters, and have fun. We also enjoy recently updated balcony off the kitchen, which offers beautiful mountain views and fresh clean air. In the winter, my kids and I warm up near the hearth, which also doubles as a place to dry out our wet clothes from skiing, sledding, and making snowmen! We are right near the heated pool, where our children are practicing their swimming skills and enjoy meeting new friends.

My husband and I live in Northern Virginia with our two children and cocker spaniel. We love getting away from the bustle and traffic of D.C. to our condo that we enjoy year round, especially during the ski season. We are looking forward to having our son join us on the slopes this winter!
