Second visit to Orange Beach. Think it has become an annual event for our family. Our condo provided everything we needed and then some. Plenty of room and the third bathroom was a real plus. Great views from our unit. Enjoyed some awesome "balcony" time, watching a storm or two blow in, even had a birds eye view of a beautiful wedding on the beach. Debbie was just a phone call away when we needed assistance. She was a huge help and great to work with. Can't wait to plan next year's trip!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had an excellent time! The condo had everything we needed, travling with a family of 3 teenagers having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms was great. We brought way too much stuff along that we did not use as the condo had all we really needed.The view out the master bedroom was breath taking. The space of the living and dining area -great, we never felt tight at all. The entire vacation far exceeded our expectations.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

About the owner: Doug and I hope to retire to Orange Beach when that time comes, but right now, we live in a city near Atlanta. We love sailing catamarans and skiing. In fact, you might see us in the Gulf in front of our condo sailing our small Hobie catamaran. We really enjoy Orange Beach. We have both been in real estate for most of our lives. I'm a broker in Georgia and he is a home inspector. We're very proud of our two adult sons, both of whom are Eagle Scouts. One lives in Denver and is a student and the other is a police officer/SWAT officer in a county near Atlanta.
Why the Owner Chose Tidewater:
My sister lives in Daphne, Alabama, so we purchased a condo on the beach to be close to her. It's only an hour away. The condo was under construction when we purchased it, but we felt it would be a nice place for retirement. Orange Beach is a wonderful community and offers much to visitors. This is our second home, so we outfit it well and only rent it to help us make our payment. And it's only a few hours drive from Atlanta!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
You'll enjoy renting our condo because it's well equipped, just like at your home! It's right on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas you can rent. A hotel is right next door and they have a restaurant and bar (with frozen drinks). There's free WiFi. And there are some very good restaurants across the street and some others that are less than a mile away. One of the things I enjoy is going for a walk with my sister and then going to have a coffee and muffin at the shopping center called San Roc Cay. This is a family friendly beach, with lots to do.
