One KING, 2 QUEENS beds. Plantation SHUTTERS throughout the home allow you to keep the sun out or can be opened up to let it in and take in the views. Drive up to your own 2-car GARAGE and slip into the comforts of home. The WASHER and DRYER are located in the garage. MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH:
The master bedroom offers a KING bed flanked by side tables and lamps There is also a dresser to keep your belongings. The TV is in the armoire along with a DVD player. Cool off with the ceiling FAN controlled by remote. Enjoy a quite moment reading a booking while sinking in to a comfy chair. Open the shutters and enjoy the courtyard VIEW of luscious greenery through the sliding glass door.
Get ready for an outing with the natural lighting beaming through the SKYLIGHT in the dressing area where you will have a large closet with full length mirrors. The FULL SHOWER/bath and toilet are separated from the dressing area with a sliding pocket door for privacy. A full size HAIR DRYER is available for your use - no need to pack one.
FULL KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with utensils, plates, cookware, baking sheets and glassware. There is an electric range and oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The kitchen sink offers filtered water. Basic seasonings, coffee filters, foil and storage bags are provided for your convenience.
DINING ROOM:
The dining room is surrounded by windows on two walls to take in the sunshine and enjoy the courtyard view. A chandelier with a dimmer switch will provide ambient lighting at the table for 6. There is additional seating at the counter-bar just off the kitchen.
LIVING ROOM:
The VAULTED ceilings give this space and open feel. There are 2 comfortable SOFAS where you can spend a cozy night by the gas FIREPLACE or enjoy watching a movie on the TV or watch a DVD. Open the shutters to take in the VIEW of the greenbelt, pool and mountains.
SECOND BEDROOM AND BATH:
Traveling with family or having guests is a breeze. There are 2 extra deep QUEEN beds in the back bedroom with a night stand and lamp between them. Both are facing the armoire where one can doze off while flicking through the TV.
The bathroom is an exact duplicate of the master bath with natural light from the skylight, a large closet with full length mirrors and a private area for the toilet and bath/shower.
COURTYARD:
Enjoy dinners in the WEST facing courtyard or relax and take in the spectacular MOUNTAIN VIEWS from the bistro table on back patio. Use the gas GRILL to cook a delicious steak. There is a patio table with umbrella and seating for 6. You can use one of the ottomans and recline your chair back for use as a LOUNGE CHAIR.

Marbella Cottage is located in the beautiful, GUARD-GATED community of SILVER SANDS RACQUET CLUB. The people are FRIENDLY and love to gather for SOCIALS. From potluck dinners at the club house, to tennis tournaments or bike rides, there is always something fun to do.
There are 8 well-maintained TENNIS courts. Stadium seating is adjacent to one for tournament viewing. There is a tennis PRO on staff during the peak months. Take in the sunshine by 1 of 15 community POOLS and spas.

Marbella Cottage is proudly owned by the Markes and the Gardners. We love the Silver Sands community and ability to visit the beautiful desert from time to time.
Why the Owner Chose Silver Sands
We love many things about owning a vacation property in Silver Sands. First of all, the size of the commuinty is very appealing. It never feels crouded, even during peak season. The HOA does a great job of maintaining the community from the landscaping to the 15 pools and tennis courts. Another thing we love about the area is the privacy each condo offers. Each property has it's own driveway, garage and entry. There is no "apartment" feeling here. The commuinty is quiet, the people are friendly and its a place where you can truly relax and unwind.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The mountain views from the living room and back patio are a real treat. You can sit out back and enjoy a beautiful sunrise while sipping on coffee or tea. One of the pools is just steps out the back gate, perfect for an afternoon swim or soak in the hot tub. The courtyard has lush soft scape that attracts humming birds and butterflys.

Jan. - Feb. 2007 The unit is very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. TVs in every room, which is nice for guests. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished. This unit is only steps from the pool, which make night time hot tubs very convenient! We enjoyed the Bar-B-Q on several occasions also. We had two sets of company in our time there and the unit accommodated everyone nicely. We love staying at Silver Sands as the location is so convenient to several points of interest for us. It's a comfortable community with friendly people and of course, the tennis courts are right nearby. The pro is happy to help set up games if need be and they had several opportunities for us to get to know people, if we were interested in that. You can mix or not.
