I stayed at this property for five days with my family and we really enjoyed the house especially the fireplace. I found the house cleaned and cozy. We are actually planning to come back in July when the kids are out of school.

We rented this place in August 2011, and her is what greeted us. When we arrived at the rental, we were astonished to find it is such disrepair. The condition of the rental looked starkly different than the photos presented on Vacation Rental by Owner (VRBO). The pictures on VRBO make the rental appear like a clean and well kept property. However, the rental was quite the opposite, and we were deceived. I will list some of the things that greeted us upon our arrival. *There was an overpowering smell of moth balls throughout the rental. *The carpet was stained and dirty. *The fabric on the couch was stained and torn. *The seats on the love seat were sunken and propped up with a piece of board. *The kitchen faucet was not attached to the sink. *The dishes and silverware were dirty. *The door of the downstairs bedroom had a hole it it. *There was no lock on the sliding glass door. *The vertical blinds on the sliding glass door were taped at the top and fell off whenever we opened the door. *The linoleum in the kitchen was cracked. *The refrigerator was plugged in via an extension cord into a regular outlet verses a three-prong outlet (a fire hazard) which ran along the floor by the sliding glass door. *The window screens were taped and bent, and the upstairs bedroom with the twin beds did not have a screen at all. *The hall light downstairs had no cover. *The light fixture in the closet of the upstairs bedroom (the room with the two single beds) was falling out of the ceiling. *The walls and floor molding were stained and dented. *The blankets were moth eaten. *The bed sheets were stained, and the mattresses have seen better days. *The towels were worn and stained. *The shower curtain and bath mat where moldy. *The pool table in the game room was broken and unusable. *The large mirror hanging above the fireplace in the living room was taped and looked as though it would fall off the wall at any moment. *The small charcoal grill in the back yard was full of water and cigarette butts. *The downspout on the left side of the rental was detached from the exterior of the house. While this is by no means a complete list of the deplorable condition we found the rental in, it does demonstrate the obvious neglect of the property. Our deposit was returned to us, but the owner of the property refuses to refund our rental fee. If you would like to see what this place looks like, I would be happy to share the photos we took.

Went there with friends and family and had a wonderful time. The house was very well kept and the inside was spotless. We all enjoyed ourselved and made good use of all the things that were there including the outside grill. We'll definetely be coming back here again.

Great place! Very clean, spacious and comfy sofas. Awesome location, alot to do in the area for both adults and kids. I stayed there last winter and the fireplace was fantastic. Now i tried it in the summer and the front and rear decks were a plus, in addition to the grill.

We really enjoy going to this house as a getaway on the weekends. It's close to the city, it's affordable and soooo cozy.

I highly recommend this house. I spent nice & quiet relaxing weekend with my wife. Very clean and organized. All ammeneties work properly. Within distance of restaurants, outlets and anything else you may need for a getaway. The owner was polite and responsible with the whole transaction from start to finish. Very recommendable for a romantic getaway or a weekend away with a group of friends.

...yet there is enough great stuff to do a short drive away. My wife and enjoyed shopping at the local outlets and the kids loved having all the room to run around and seeing "bambis" and "Thumpers" all over the place :-) The house is spacious and gave us plenty of room to stretch out, relax and then get all cozied up next to the fireplace. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

I rented this space for a long weekend and not only was the price great but the house was in great condition, we had so much room to spread out and relax and the place was fully stocked with anything we may need (towels, linens, utensils, pots and pans to cook). Its a great location with a huge yard and deck that makes barbequing easy and a blast. I went up there with about 6 friends and my dog and we had a great time. It's very pet friendly. I will definitely be in contact with Isabel to book another trip very soon.

My husband and I stayed there with another couple and their two children and the place was wonderful. Plently of rooms for all of us and the kids really enjoyed the play room! The area is really quiet and peaceful and the house is very cozy - I highly recommend it.

I've stayed here on several occasions and the house is in perfect working order. Everything is clean and neat. Making a reservation and payment was a snap. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I spent my time with a few friends at this lovely house. The owner was very nice and things were a breeze. The location was great and we even saw deer one morning from our deck in the backyard. Loved it, will definately stay here again...

I rented this home for a week with my wife and two children and highly recommend it. It has a great modern feel to it and is located just minutes away from everything. The owner was great to deal with as she responded to all of our inquiries quickly. I look forward to renting again once the casino opens up nearby. Thanks, JF.
