We have stayed at this condo 2 times in the last 2 years and thoroughy enjoyed it. It is literally steps to the pool and hot tub and minutes away from restaurants, supermarkets, movie theatres, shopping, etc. The condo is very clean and comfortable and spacious. We love the new changes in the 2nd bathroom. The new shower stall (sooo nice!) and sink and vanity are great. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

We have stayed at this property 3 times in the last 4 years and have found it to be a great experiance. It is a short drive to everything you could think of. It is comfortable and well decorated. The master suite is large and the ensuite is as well. The overall layout is well suited for entertaining and casual dinning. It is only steps from the patio to the pool and hot tub. We will be returning every year in the fall as this works welll for us. A&J

We spent 6 weeks in the condo in Jan-Feb 2009 and will be returning for Feb 2010. Although we are only two most of the time, it's nice to have extra space when visitors arrive. It has every convenience you could wish for, and we specially liked its central location. Marilyn walked through the door for the first time and remarked " This is exactly how I would decorate and furnish my condo if I owned it!" And so much to do! I'm a pilot and spent several weekends at the airport enjoying the vintage warbirds and restored aircraft. And of course the McCallum Theatre is ten minutes away- we went several times to see first class shows-- for those of us "of an age" we particularly enjoyed The Four Freshmen. We are not serious golfers but found a little country club five minutes away where golf for two including a cart is less than $60. Shopping is also close by. The pool is out the patio door. Very convenient well stocked kitchen- washer and dryer in the condo, not the garage. Jacuzzi tubs in both bathrooms. Feel free to contact us for further information..

This was the perfect place for two people who have never been to the Palm Desert area to stay for their first visit! It's central location in Palm Desert made it easy to find everything - the grocery stores, the gym, the shopping and the golf courses. We loved the condo, it's very spacious and nicely decorated with comfortable seating (and beds), a great flat screen TV and sound system, lot's of storage in the two car garage and everything we could need in the kitchen. We quickly made ourselves at home and had plenty of room to entertain when our guests came down from Canada. We made good use of the covered outdoor seating with the overhead fan, it was comfortable day or night - great place to go to read and relax. Having a pool just outside our door and the golf course and clubhouse within easy walking distance of the condo was a plus. We ate at the clubhouse many times and enjoyed the Luaou and Mexican Fiesta with club members that we met on the golf course - what a fun group of people! Thanks for putting together the guest book - we took your advice on many of the restaurants and activities. The time spent at The Living Desert, Indian Canyons and Joshua Tree Park were well worth it - and the street fair at College of the Desert is great fun! We can't wait for next year and are looking forward to seeing the improvements you've made during that time. There is so much more to see and do, we feel like we've just touched the surface!

Our family spends every Spring Break in Palm Desert. It's a place where my husband can golf and my girls can enjoy the sun and shopping. This year's experience was absolutely perfect. The condo had a large, roomy floor plan and was steps from pool. The girls enjoyed their own spacious bedrooms and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The furnishings were beautiful, yet comfortable and the kitchen contained everything needed to cook some nice meals. I personally loved the Plasma TV in the living room. It was a nice treat! The patio furniture was very comfortable and the weather allowed us to eat outside several times. We also ate at the clubhouse a couple of times and found the restaurant to be affordable and tastey. My husband and I enjoyed long walks throughout the complex. Everyone was friendly and seemed to love the community. We have stayed in numerous locations in the desert and this place ranked among the highest. I would recommend to all my friends and we'll definitely be back. The owner's are also great communicators which is a nice touch!

This spacious lovely condo was a perfect fit for our vaction. It actually is an outdoors persons dream. Two steps to the pool and a short walk to great tennis courts and the golf course. We loved the location for shopping and sight seeing. Can't wait to return. A special thanks to the owners of this unit for having it tastefully decorated, loaded with wonderful surprised like the plasma TV and WIFI. Just perfect!

Very spacious, well furnished, quiet condo with all 'state of the art' electronics. Comfy beds too! I would recommend this home to anyone who appreciates good taste.
