Located in beautiful Kingston Plantation, this 9th floor Brighton building condo overlooks the ocean, water park, and lazy river.*
Newly decorated interior features marble tile, granite countertops, crown molding. Master bedroom suite has a king size bed, whirlpool tub, separate shower stall, and twin vanity. Second bedroom has two full size beds and full bath. Living area has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic cook top, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, service for eight.
Kingston Plantation is a gated community that has a half-mile of wide, white shoreline.
*The rental for this unit is significantly less expensive than renting directly from Kingston Plantation; however, because of a change in Kingston's management policy, the Splash Park is no longer included in the stay. Potential renters may wish to determine if the increased cost is worth the use of the WaterPark. Brighton does have its own swimming pool for homeowners and guests.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The accommodations were much nicer in person than depicted in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, the furnishings were well-appointed and carpet was very clean (always a welcomed surprise!). It was a pleasure dealing with the owners. Their quick responses to our emails and phone calls were very much appreciated. We have been to Myrtle Beach several times and the Kingston Plantation is at the top of our list. The facilities of the resort are well maintained, most definitely a place our family would stay again and a place I would suggest to anyone. It is very close to many attractions; Barefoot Landing, Walmart and the Tanger Outlets are all minutes away. We would definitely stay in this condo if we visit again!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our vacation experience was excellent. Everything went like clockwork from the time we booked until we checked out. This condo is beautiful with all of the amenities. The owners were so pleasant to work with and were very accommodating. Kingston Plantation is one of a kind as far as any resort we have stayed in at Myrtle Beach. Everyone was so courteous. Plan to definitely stay here when back in Myrtle Beach.
