Welcome to our island home in sunny Poipu. We have recently remodeled the exterior as well as the interior. Decorated with a Hawaiian Beach House theme. The house is located on the sunny south side of Kauai, in the heart of Poipu, at 1704 Pe'e Road. Sitting on almost one half acre, our house and its rolling front lawn overlook the beautiful Pacific. The house is about 75 feet above sea level and about 50 yards to the water's edge. A beautiful cove sits directly infront of the property. Whale watching, November thru April. Dolphins and turtles year-round. Enjoy the views from any room or relax on the lanai.
With hardwood floors throughout, open beam ceilings, a king-size bed, a queen, and sleeper sofa. There are two bathrooms. The trade winds keep the house cool. The amenities provide all the comforts of home.
Brennecke'e Beach and Poipu Beach Park is a 5 minute walk to the west. This park has a wonderful children's swimming area as well as adult swimming, snorkeling, surfing, body boarding and scuba diving. Shipwreck Beach, the Poipu Bay Golf Course-home of the PGA Grand Slam and the Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa, and a public beach park is a 10 minute walk to the east.
