YoYo Rocks

The key ingredient for my continued return to this neighborhood is YoYo at the pool bar. She and her group of hard workers do all they can to make sure that you enjoy your time at the neighborhood pool. I gave the property a couple of bad scores based on our arrival. Lack of communication between the owner and the property manager almost left us high and dry the first night of arrival. The owner was able to oblige us after an hour of phone conversations and standing at the gate of the community waiting and wondering. After that, everything went perfect. One day of fishing got us 3 marlin, 2 sails, and 3 dorado. Another day of ziplining with 2 in the party being deathly afraid of heights, made for some great fun. A wonderful sunset and dinner at Villa Calita, with some shopping, surfing, golf, and exploring in Jaco and Los Suenos sprinkled in filled up the rest of our days and usually ended up watching the sunset at the pool with Yoyo. Aside from the early hiccup, I highly recommend this property in Hermosa Palms.

We had a wonderful time I would recommend this property to my friends.

This is one my favorite houses I have rented in Costa Rica. It was a very quite and relaxing area. The owner and property manager were very helpful as well.

Very spacious house

This house suited all of us nicely! It is large and spacious. The main drawback was that it backs up to a much larger house with a pool that accommodates many more people. The security guards were called a couple of times because of the noise .

Great property / location

We had a great time at the house. The community is awesome. There's a common area pool and restaurant. The host was responsive and very accommodating.
