Only minutes from the famous white sand beaches, this beautiful 2 bedroom condo offers an outstanding view of the 15th fairway of the Greg Norman course, one of the 4 designer courses at the resort. Enjoy watching golfers make their approach shots while sipping something cold on the spacious balcony.
Families will love the two pools, including the largest in the area, and the convenient beach shuttle. Kids love popular Alligator Adventure which is right outside the resort.
After a long day on the course, lazing on the beach, or at one of several pools, experience world class dining and shopping at nearby Barefoot Landing, with an evening at the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues, or any of the many live shows in the area. Tons of fun for everyone!
Inside, our 2nd floor end unit is spacious, bright, and comfortable with 9 foot ceilings, crown moldings and windows on 3 sides. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room and features everything you need to feed a hungry gang.
The two good sized bedrooms each have their own full bathroom with tub and shower, TV, and ceiling fans. The master offers a golf course view, and has a "swing twin to king" bed that can comfortably suit a couple, or a couple of friends. There is so much to do and see, for a group of friends, or a family, there is something for everyone.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We have a beautiful view of the golf course, and yet are very private on the balcony because of the lush natural area adjacent to us. It's great to go to the beach (five minutes) and then come back to spend time by the pool, and relax on the balcony.
