In the corridor you'll find a large fitted built-in cupboard to store your things. The floor in kitchen, bath and corridor is tiled. The new bathroom has a bathtub, shower, wash basin, a large mirror and also has a window. From all four windows you'll have a view on nature. You'll never be disturbed by traffic noise. The spacious balcony is furnished.
This 2 room apartment measures 50 square meters or 600 sq ft . It's located in Hamburg's quietest and greenest quarter called Oejendorf. It's almost a villageous environment - but less than 20 minutes away you'll find the Binnen-Alster, Central Station etc.
Just a stroll away there are two underground stations and many buses. The highways A 1 direction south or Ostsee, the highway A 24 direction Berlin and the highway A 25 leading Geesthacht; Lueneburg are just four minutes by car from your apartment. |
