Sandy Toes –
Brand New 4 bedroom 3 bath home with private pool! Sandy Toes sits on the east end of Destin in Miramar Beach. Ideally located just 80 yards off the beach with no roads to cross, from your front door to the beach is maybe a 2 minute walk if you drag feet! Sandy Toes is due south of the Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall where you will find over 120 stores and ten restaurants! From your front door to the mall is about a 30 second drive!
Ground Level – Main level – Living room with queen sleeper sofa, spacious modern kitchen with bar seating, full dining room, Full laundry/utility room. Queen Suite with full bathroom (bathroom also has lockout door entry from the living room) Private Pool access out the back door (pool is 10x20)
Second level – Bunk room with two sets of Double/twin bunks (double bed on bottom, twin on top) Queen Bedroom with private balcony (queen room and bunk room share a bathroom – Jack and Jill)
King Master Suite with massive bathroom and private balcony with gulf views!

Everything was great! Any questions i had , someone was able to answer. We had some trouble with Frig. We called and they sent someone out. Everyone and Everything was and went great.
