This Craftsman guest house is perfect for any family wishing to experience the best of Santa Monica and Venice. We're located three blocks from the beach, walking distance to Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier and 1.5 blocks from Main Street. On Main Street is fabulous shopping, famous restaurants (like Chinois) and one of LA's best Farmer's Markets on Sunday mornings.
The house was completely renovated in August 2007. All of the furniture was purchased, new, at that time and we also bought new appliances.
The bathroom is off the main bedroom. The bunk bed in the second bedroom is a twin over full, so it can accommodate three people. We also offer a crib and high chair at no extra charge. Most importantly, we live in the front house so we're available to help you if you need it and can help you plan your Los Angeles/Santa Monica vacation.
The house has two HDTV's -- one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Both have satellite and both get HBO and Showtime in addition to hundreds of other channels. There's also a DVD player, games and books so you'll never be bored.
The kitchen has service for 12, so you won't have to wash dishes after every meal. We've also left some snacks and other essentials in the kitchen for you.
The bedrooms all have super-comfortable pillow-top matresses and down-like comforters. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep the tempurature comfortable.
The bathroom was completely redone. We installed a bathtub and other new appliances. We provide the shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as luxurious towells. We even have beach towells so you don't have to bring them with you.
