We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Shores of Panama.The resort and room were beautiful! The condo was very well decorated and spacious! Booking was very easy and the owners were pleasant to work with! We would definitely return!

Our family shared this condo with my brother and his family (8) total and we had a great time. The condo was beautiful and actually better than I expected. The rooms were great and the bunk room with the bathroom was very help. I wasn't expecting 3 bathroom with 3 showers. That was nice when we were all getting ready to go out after spending the day on the beach or by the pool. Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. We will stay at this unit again in the future. Same owner of a room on the 13 floor, we had friends who rented that condo and they were very happy with their place too!

AMAZING VACATION SPOT IN PCB AREA!!!!

The Condo is in a central location in Panama City Beach. The Condo itself is gorgeous, clean and in a great resort. All of the rooms were spacious and had their own bathrooms which is nice for a big group. The condo owner is a great person to do business with! Has great communication with renters and helpful. We had an issue with the fire alarm and he IMMEDIATELY took care of it. The Shores of Panama resort is gorgeous with unique pool area and great location on the beach. Great place for all ages, loved staying here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO. Great Condo, Great Location and most importantly GREAT PRICE!!!!!!

Our stay was delightful due to the concern and efforts of the unit owner. This location is centrally located, across from the Walmart, and close to all attractions. We decided that Fire Fly was our favorite restaurant, but, Uncle Ernie's is well worth a visit. Panama City Marina has great entertainment , as does Breakers on the Beach.

The location of the Condo is excellent. We loved it, will go back again, when the weather is warmer. It was a home away from home, the place has everything you need to be comfortable. Loved the fact that every one had their own bath room.

Stayed 5 nights with my wife and four children...ages 14-16-19-22. Very clean and well appointed condominium in a first class resort! The tile floors throughout are always a plus at the beach, the beds were excellent & three large flat screen televisions a bonus. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to call home while vacationing in Panama City Beach Florida then look no further, Shores of Panama 1407 is simply one of the nicest condos in town. And the owner… one of the nicest, hospitality oriented condo – owners, human beings, I have ever known. To this couple who is “somewhat disappointed”, well so am I because anyone who would push an overloaded Wal-Mart grocery cart into someone else’s home the way you did, rental or not, with as little disregard for walls and flooring as you did that evening, looses all credibility in my opinion and no room to complain.

Somewhat Disappointed

Just returned from a week long stay at this property. While the pool and beach access were great, we were somewhat disappointed in the condo itself. It wasn't everything we were expecting it to be based upon the description and amenities listed above. Upon our arrival at 4pm, the unit was not cleaned; the cleaning people did not get finished cleaning the unit until after 8pm. We then started to prepare dinner only to discover that there was only 1 pot and 1 pan in the kitchen. While there were ample dishes and eating utensils, cooking utensils were very sparce...no spatula, mixing spoons were broken and missing handles, no measuring cups, no baking pan, & the blender did not work. There sink also leaked pretty badly, leaving a mess in the cabinet that we had to clean up every time we used it. One of the toilets also had issues..it ran the entire time we were there. Overall description is somewhat misleading; says it sleeps 7-9, but the sofa does not pull out into a bed as indicated, therefore, one my children had to sleep on an air mattress in the master bedroom floor. The pictures shown are not of the acutal condo itself, the pictures make it look much nicer than it really is. The master bath does not contain a jetted tub, there was also no stereo system or video game console in the unit nor is there a game room on the grounds of the resort. Mid to late week the owner did offer to re-imburse us for some pots and pans if we wanted to go buy them. However, we did not want to take time out of our vacation to do so, nor did we feel it was our responsibility.

Owner response:Those issues have been addressed and fixed. I wish the guest had called me right the way when he saw the problems. All guests who stayed in this beautiful condo as early as May 2010 and those who stayed weeks and months before sincerely enjoyed the condo. You can read their comments. More than half of my guests are repeat customers. Problems may surface as in any other condos but my goal is to fix them within hours. I would offer free nights to any guest who is not completely satisfied. The condo is beautiful and the owner is easy to work with as testified by other guests.

Girls' High School Senior Trip

We booked this condo for our senior trip and had an amazing time. The beach and condo were both beautiful and the owner and staff at the resort were very helpful. I would reccomend this condo to anyone looking to visit Panama City Beach, and my friends and I hope to come back and use it again.

My wife, two daughters and I decided to take a quick trip to the beach during the winter and was able to locate this condo. It was very nice and one of the few properties with a good sized indoor pool. The owner was excellent to work with in coordinating the rental. I would stay again and would recommend to others. Great location as well.
