These Beautiful home’s are on Lake Austin conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown. These homes are easily accessible from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. It is just past the 360 Bridge off 2222 nestled in beautiful Texas Hill Country of city park road next to Green Shore sub–division.
The lake starts at the Mansfield Dam and ends at the Tom Miller Dam in the city of Austin. The water stays same level all year long. The Bridge on Hwy 360 which goes over Lake Austin is a good point for launching your boat. It is also a popular gathering point on the lake. Boating is popular on Lake Austin.
Lake Austin contains an excellent population of largemouth bass .bass with the potential for a trophy. Many bass weighing 8-10 pounds are caught each year. The reservoir also has some good quality bluegill, redbreast, and redear fishing, and has low-density populations of flathead and blue catfish. Fishing during the summer months is best done at night due to heavy recreational boating activity in the daytime.
The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Every room in the house has a spectacular view of Lake Austin. Ski from the private boat dock or lounge in the hammock on the large back deck. Cook dinner while gazing at the water. Enjoy all kinds of recreation and relaxation in the very large 110 foot wide yard that is shaded by huge trees and The land of each house has nice easily sloped with house sits on the top slop ,is not like other house’s on the lake that are same level of water, which give you good view of the lake from each room inside house, plus while your are inside house because of slop you would not get interrupt with boat noise’s, and slopes gradually down to the cool waters of Lake Austin and there is no sharp drop off to the lake. Gas grill on back patio for your family cookout.

Vacation Rental guests may secure their boat using our boat lift (up to 23 feet) only one boat is allowed. Bring your own boat or rent one for a day or two. Launch your boat conveniently at 360 bridges just 5 minute away.
You can go in your boat to several excellent places to eat on the lake like County Line Barbeque, Hula Hut Mexican Food and Ski Shores Hamburgers which often has live music as well. Or you can go to Lake Austin Spa Resort is just a short boat ride away for a massage or other deluxe spa treatment of your choice.
