Delightful, comfortable and beautifully remodeled Beach Cottage located in the heart of lively downtown Huntington Beach. The cottage is literally steps away from the sand, boardwalk, pier, and dozens of restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops.

You will be enjoying your stay 1 block from Famous Huntington Beach, its Pier, and boardwalk. Not only is it known as "Surf City USA," but it is also considered one of the safest cities in the US. The Cottage is located 1 block from Main Street with dozens of restaurants, pubs, boutique shops, and nightlife.

The Beach Cottage is a two bedroom, one bath, single family home
with laundry room on-site, backyard, back patio and detached two car garage. Cottage has been recently remodeled with new paint, new flooring, and new furniture.

The Beach Cottage is warm and inviting and includes a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and we believe, everything you need for homemade meals.

The first bedroom contains a full size bed, and flat screen color television with satellite channels.

The second bedroom contains two twin size beds, which upon request may be connected to "create a King bed," and flat screen color television.

Living room contains queen size sleeper sofa which sleeps two, and flat screen television with satellite channels, DVD player, VCR, stereo system with CD player.

Wireless high speed internet access available. (DSL)

No Smoking, No Pets.

Low season:  Oct-Mar .. $175/night(4 night minimum).. $1225/week
Dates inclusive of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve/Day shall be charged at
$200 per night and shall require a 5 night minimum.
High season: Apr-Sep .. $225/night(4 night minimum .. $1575/week
$250 Reservation Fee (Applied to Rent) and $250 Refundable Security Deposit
required to reserve requested dates.  ($500 total)
$75 Cleaning Fee
California Sales and Lodging Tax will apply.  (7.75%)
