Welcome to Bayside at Ocean City, a new Toll Brothers resort community located in West Ocean City on Sinepuxent Bay. The community features a state of the art club house with indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, locker rooms, game room (with pool table and arcade games), lounge (with fireplace and TV), kitchen, playground, and tennis courts. The community also has a 1000 foot long crabbing/fishing pier on Sinepuxent bay, a kayak launching dock, a kayak storage area, nature walk path, and a pond with plenty of wildlife.
The home is a newly built three story single family home with over 3000 square feet, a lot of windows, and two zone heating/Air-Conditioning. It is professionally decorated with top quality furnishing and bedding for your comfort, and everything in it is sparkly new! It has a front porch to enjoy the evening breeze and a nice wooded private backyard with a paver patio for relaxing and Barbecuing. A long driveway and a back-entry two car garage can accommodate up to 6 cars.
The first floor has a two-story living/family room with a gas fireplace, a dining area with a dining table that seats 6. Off the family room is a den where you can curl up with a good book from our selection. The dining area leads to an upgraded kitchen that's fully equipped for your cooking needs, including a large pantry, a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispensers, and a kitchen table that seats 6.
On the second floor you will find a beautiful master suite with a King size bed, spacious walk-in closet, sitting area, and a huge bathroom with separate shower and jetted tub. There are two additional rooms and a full bath on this floor. One has a queen size bed and the other a pyramid bunkbed that sleeps 3.
The third floor has a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bath, and a loft with 3 twin beds. All bedrooms have closets, night stands, dressers or chests. There are 5 TVs (located in each bedroom, loft, and family room), 2 VCRs, and 3 DVD players in the house.
We provide pillows, mattress pads, and bed covers. So, you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, toileterie items, and paper products. Forget something? No problem! Walmart, Bed Bath & beyond, Marshalls, CVS, Mall & outlets are just minutes away.
Please be advised that smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. Also, the home is available to families and adults 25 and older. Check-in is on Saturday between 3 and 5pm, checkout by 10am. Property is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday during high season. Mini weeks and weekends available off season, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Convenience and amenities make the new resort community of Bayside at Ocean City one of the hottest vacation destination in West Ocean City. Only 5 minutes drive to OC boardwalk and 8 min to Assateague Island parks and beaches with famous wild ponies. Secluded and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet just minutes to beaches, supermarkets, convenience stores, outlets, specialty stores, golf, movies, a variety of restaurants, theme parks, amusement parks, marinas, fishing center, water sports, horseracing, sightseeing, antiquing, museums, art shows, historic town of Berlin, hiking trails, and all the attractions one can imagine. If you don't feel like driving into the city and paying for parking, a 2 min drive will get you to the nearby park and ride, park for free and take the bus for $1 per day per person or walk 12 min to the boardwalk. If you prefer a quieter and family oriented beach, go to Assateague island. Get a 7-day parking pass for only $10.
