  We vacationed here this summer & it was wonderful. We brought my niece who was visiting from California & she loved it. I had never rented a condo before so I was nervous about doing so. I searched ALOT of places & after figuring out what I wanted, beds for everyone (6 adults), 2 bathrooms, a place right on the beach, I decided to take a chance. After reading all the reviews (they are very important to me, that is why I am writing one now!) I decided to go with Peggy's condo. Peggy was great! She was very informative & helped me every step of the way. The condo is as described on the website. It was very clean, the views were fantastic, right on the beach. The condo complex is small, which is great since many of the complexs I looked at were huge. The pools were good & the onsite manager was nice & helpful. I would highly recommend this condo & would definitely come back here again. Thanks again Peggy!

  Peggy and John (owners) were delightful to work with.The condo is exactly as pictured. When I had questions they were only a phone call away, and they were on site also. The Gulf view was absolutely beautiful. I loved sitting on the balcony at night just listening to the waves.We got great pix of a sunrise. There were plenty of towels and washcloths provided and kitchen linens. It was clean, bright and just what we needed. I had 3 criteria when I was searching for a place to stay. Oceanfront, king size bed and affordable. This condo met all our expectations. I would suggest to Peggy to upgrade the kitchen utensils. There is a knife that is broken off about 1 1/2 inches from where the tip of the blade would be, and none of the knives were very sharp. Also there is a long handled metal spoon showing signs of rust. This would be my only criticism re: condo. I really hated to leave and we even stayed an extra night. There is no radio and no DVD's/videos or boardgames games. So if you have adults/children that need to be entertained keep that in mind. All I needed was a book and the beach. All my husband needed was the laptop. I found getting in and out of the smaller pool to be difficult There is no handrail going down the steps. I don't believe there are any steps going down into the larger pool. The jacuzzi was wonderful for my husband arthritis. Would I stay here again? Sure would. We met some lovely people and Howie the resident corgi was just so cute. I'm looking forward to going next year God willing.

  What a beautiful condo and what a view from sunrise to sunset, you have such a wonderful view of the beach. Condo was very clean and family oriented. The pools were nice and fresh to swim in. You are just steps from sand and beach. All the amenities were there on location and staff personnel on hand to attend to your questions or needs. The owner was so pleasant to interact with and very curtious. We have always tried a new location to stay when we visit South Padre Island; however, this condo deserves to be visited time and time again. Thank you for letting us stay at the great condominium - you will definetely hear from me again.

  We stayed here last August, 2010, and were very pleased with the cleanliness and location on the beach. The unit is very spacious and well furnished. I am very picky when it comes to where we stay when we come annually to SPI, and this is definitely someplace I'll come to again!

  My wife and my 2 daughters, along with son-in-law and grandson, this place is perfect. We will be back for sure. Great views and clean. This owner knows what she is doing. Everything was just perfect.

  This was our first visit to So Padre, our first time renting a condo. The owner was very helpful, made the whole process very easy. We can't wait to go back. The sunrise is absolutely breath taking. Watched sunsets and fireworks from the front porch. Property is well taken. The condo is exactly as described. Very comfortable condo. So much to do on the island. We had FUN, FUN, FUN!!! We will be back to So Padre and we will plan our visit around the availability of this condo!
