Plan your Baja get-a-way in this very private Casita with a breathtaking view overlooking the Sea of Cortez and the Bay of Palms (Bahia de Palmas). View of the Mountains (Montanas de la Legunas) to the south and west. Wake to your gorgeous view of the sunrise without getting out of bed; just turn your head! End your day with a mountain sunset view.

New casita that has a panoramic view that is awesome. Comfortable with bright, new furnishings. Mini-blinds. 2-Car Garage. Close to sports fishing opportunities as this is the site of the annual Bisbee Sport Fishing Tournament, kayaks and ATVs are available for rent. During the winter, this is the site of Windsurfing and Kitesailing Tournaments. Short 10-15 minute walk to the beach where there is easy access to the Sea of Cortez for swimming, diving and snorkeling. Great for a family or just the two of you! Amenities	Air Conditioning: Unit in Master Bedroom and another unit in the Living/Dining area. Linens Provided Garage: 2-Car Garage, enclosed and lockable Off Street Parking Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer
Beds	Queen Bed: 2 Sets of Sheets provided Double Bed: 2 Sets of Sheets provided - Located on one side of the Living Room Area. Can be pulled out onto the "sleeping porch."
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Dishes, Silverware, glasses. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator Microwave Catering Available: Many excellent restaurants in Los Barriles. Arrangements can be made for delivery of food and info for hiring a cook to come to the Casita to prepare your meals is available.
Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill: Small Weber BBQ. Buy charcoal and lighter fluid in Town Lanai: This private patio is covered and tiled. 15 feet above the road for privacy. Great sleeping porch!
View/Location	Ocean View: Breathtaking Panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez and the Bay of Palms. Sunrises are spectacular! Mountain View: To the south and west, the beautiful Montanas de la Legunas where the sun sets creating a beautiful sky
Other Amenities	Very private, spectacular sunrise and sunset views, new on the Ridge. There is also an emergency clinic 15 minutes from the Casita in Los Barriles. An inexpensive cell phone can be purchased in Town with card minutes for use in Mexico.
Suitability	Pet Friendly: All tile flooring throughout. For pets, there may be an additional pet deposit. Kid Friendly Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Smoking Not Allowed
