Just added....a full 2nd Master Bedroom downstairs with King Bed, full Bath and a Coffee Bar; private Patio. If owners are onsite, you may still rent the private, downstairs Master Bedroom with King bed and additionally have the option to rent it as a Bed & Breakfast. Gourmet breakfasts!
Casa that has a panoramic view that is awesome! Comfortable with bright furnishings. 2-Car Garage. Close to sports fishing opportunities as this is the site of the annual Bisbee Sport Fishing Tournament, Kiteboarding, kayaks and ATVs are available for rent. During the winter, this is the site of Windsurfing and Kiteboarding Tournaments. 10 minute walk to the beach where there is easy access to the Sea of Cortez for swimming, diving and snorkeling. Great for a family or just the two of you!

- Casa Montaña Mar. You may rent the main Casa with 1 Bedroom or additionally rent the 2nd Bedroom downstairs with its own private adjacent bathroom. If you do not require a kitchen, you may just wish to rent the downstairs Bedroom. This 2 Bedroom Casa is on the Ridge and offers 1,600 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living area . Great for entertaining. The views are spectacular. 360 degree Panoramic view overlooking the Sea of Cortez, the bay and the mountains. For your peace of mind, there is also a 24/7 emergency clinic 15 minutes from the Casa in the heart of Los Barriles. An inexpensive cell phone can be purchased in Town with card minutes for use in Mexico during your stay, if you wish. Cell phone reception is excellent within Casa. Email us with any questions you may have. While owners are onsite, the lower Master Bedroom is still available for rent and will have the additional option of a Bed & Breakfast, if desired. Gourmet Breakfasts served! Excellent rental choice!

My son and I thourghly enjoyed our stay at your house. The view from the patio in the evening and a beer or two was perfect for the two of us to reconnect after a few years apart. We both loved the snorkeling, fishing, and exploring. The only thing missing was more time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

A very cozy, comfortable place. The view and location are great and a good bike ride to town. The kitchen is well stocked and the linens are nice. It's great for two people.

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was exactly as advertised. It is far enough from town centre to be quiet while it remains a short convenient drive to town in case you need that last ingredient for your dinner or prefer to have dinner or drinks in town. We especially enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets in the balcony, emphasized with the great ocean views, one afternoon while enjoying a cold Pacifico we were given the pleasure to observe three whales feeding in the calm waters, so bring binoculars just in case. We enjoyed an early morning stroll to the beach and by the third day of our stay we had met most of the neighbors, and had been invited to pay a visit to a couple of houses and enjoy drinks with them. Property is very well maintained and equipped, and the property management company were efficient and friendly.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children.

OUR DAYS STARTED WITH BRILLIANT SUNRISES IN THIS PARADISE AREA OF LOS BARRILES. THIS SPOT IS ON TOP OF A HILL WITH A GREAT PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE SEA OF CORTEZ AND THE SHORELINE OF THE BAY. WE COULD NOT WAIT TO RETURN TO IT AFTER OUR DAYS OF ADVENTURE IN THE NEARBY AREA. YOU CAN FIND WINDSURFING AND KITESAILING MINUTES AWAY. SPORTFISHING AND LONG HIKES ARE ALSO CLOSE BY. A QUITE SECLUDED BEACH IS A SHORT WALK AWAY. WE ALWAYS GOT BACK BEFORE DARK SO WE COULD WATCH THE SUNSET OVER THE MOUNTIANS FROM ITS COVERED DECK. THIS COMFORTABLY FURNISHED ONE BEDROOM HOME WAS PERFECT FOR US TO GET AWAY FROM THE CROWDS AND ENJOY ITS SECLUSION. BUT IT IS STILL CLOSE ENOUGH TO TOWN (5 MIN DRIVE) TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ITS BARS AND GOOD RESTURANTS. YOU CAN RENT ATV'S AND KAYAKS TO TAKE SIDE TRIPS.THE HOUSE IS FULLY EQUIPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED, EXCEPT FOOD AND DRINK. THE LARGE WONDERFUL KITCHEN IS A COOKS DELIGHT, AND THE CENTRAL POINT OF THE LIVING AREA. THE OUTSIDE DECK IS THE PERFECT SPOT FOR MOONLIGHT DINING.
