You will feel right at home when you enter your private front gate in this small enclave of Cape Cod style homes. Come inside the cool travertine and warm colors. The gourmet kitchen is done in venetian plaster & has granite counters, maple cabinetry and stainless with the latest appliances. Enjoy the tropical flowers and generous patios while you hear the sounds of the soothing fountain that quiets the sole.

Very comfortable for two couples, or a small family, there are private bathrooms in each of the two master bedrooms on the second level. The third bedroom downstairs has a built-in study, work area as does the garage. It's set for the internet, so bring your computer if you just have to work while you are here.

If you tire of the beach, the harbor or the nightlife of the local communities, then enjoy the association amenities which include 6 tennis courts, 3 pools & spas and acres of walking and biking trails. Top the night off by enjoying a soak in the wide tub, just large enough for two? then read your favorite book or watch the DVD with family and friends.
