Great location. Nicely furnished condo. Accommodating owners. Quick return of security deposit : ) The unit's location in the complex is great. Overlooking the pool is great - one one or two occasions was a bit noisy over a 45-day period. The balcony is huge and a nice plus too.

We were in close proximity to almost every place we wanted to visit especially our daughter and family. The view from the suite was enough to draw us back again next year. We appreciated the prompt response of Hal & Kathy to our inquiries.

wonderful clean condo with A1 amenities.Loved having access to bikes for a nice quite ride on trails.Owners more than helpful with everything.

We stayed here February 2011 and found the space well suited for our needs.The condo is nicely furnished and most comfortable.Access to shopping and restaurants is good.Excellent trails and hiking nearby.We enjoyed our stay!

I stayed in this condo for two weeks.This was my first visit to Arizona.The owners were great to deal with and the condo was exceptional,very clean,well accommodated,and a great location.We will be looking forward to our next stay here.

We stayed here last month and throughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The owners were great to deal. Love the area and the restaurants were just a short walk away. Will definitely stay here again.

We can highly recommend this lovely condo as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in jan. 2010. Well appionted, well supplied & furnished. Nice views of pool & mountains. Great area, minutes to very good hiking in McDowell mountain preserve.

The most important feature of this condo is it's cleanliness. This place is clean, clean, clean. Also, the location is right in the middle of the action in North Scottsdale (Restaurants, shopping, golf, sightseeing). The location of the condo within the complex is perfect (Pool view from the patio, Mountain view from the front.) The amenities (100 meg internet, 37" HD TV, flat screen in bedroom, leather loveseats, California king bed) make you feel right at home. The walking path in the back is very quiet and beautiful. We will stay again and again.

We HIGHLY recommend this condo to be your home away from home if given the opportunity. It has a fully equipped kitchen, is beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The location is ideal for whatever you want to do. The walking/biking paths are wonderful and quite extensive. The private patio overlooking the pool is lovely and a great place to kick back and relax. You are close to shopping, great restaurants and cultural opportunities galore. If you are the outdoorsy type we found geo caches in the area, golfing,tennis, biking and if you are adventurous tubing down the Salt River is just a short drive. Or choose a hiking trail from the numerous ones in the area and enjoy the desert and the many varieties of cactus. If you are looking for a well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable place to get away this is just the place for you.

We spent six weeks in this condo and it met all our expectations and more. The website does not do this condo proper justice - it is so clean and nicely decorated. It is well furnished with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again next year. Wonderful owners to work with.
