  • This is a great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach and Whaler's village. Nice and quiet - very relaxing! Nice touch to have beach towels and coolers in the condo! We enjoyed the laundry facilities as well - we stayed a week, and packed fewer clothes knowing it was there - and best yet - all our clothes were clean when we left, so we didn't have to return from vacation to a pile of laundry. Great Condo, great location. Mahalo, Paul!

  • What a wonderful property! The location is perfect for a visit to Maui...gorgeous views, close to all the "action" but you return "home" to quiet and relaxation! You are within walking distance to shops, beaches, snorkeling, hula dances, outdoor entertainment and drinks with umbrellas! We toured all around the island and felt this was the prettiest area...the Maui west mountains on one side (featuring loads of rainbows) and the gorgeous ocean view to Lanai on the other. The condo/townhome was perfect...neat and clean and we appreciated Paul's consideration to provide a cooler and beachtowels for trips to the beaches. He gave us loads of great tips on where to go, rent snorkel equipment, etc. He was fabulous to work with...even checked in with us after our arrival to make sure everything was OK! You will definitely be in paradise when you stay at this property! Mahalo Paul!

  • Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Kaanapali Royal L-303. The view from the lanai was beautiful, parking was always available and 303 is spacious, clean and very cheerful. My wife and I really appreciate your attention to detail and the help you provided while we were there. We will definitely be back.

  • If you're going to Maui, you want to stay here. My 2 friends and I stayed here for a week, and all week long we kept commenting on how incredibly blessed we were to have stumbled onto this condo. The location is perfect. The beach, shopping, & major resorts are a quick walk across the golf course. Lahaina and Front Street are only a 5-minute drive down the road. Best of all, instead of returning to a hotel with tons of people and noisy neighbors, noisy teens/kids at the pool, etc., you come home to an extremely quiet, peaceful, beautiful, huge condo with a billion-dollar view. If you're a wild and crazy party animal who wants to be rowdy and loud and party at your hotel/condo all night, this is not the right place for you. But if you want to return to your condo and enjoy the beauty, serenity, and laid-back attitude that is Maui, this is it. I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's a great condo where you immediately feel at home, in a great location with a killer view, and the owners were a joy to deal with. They did everything they could to make sure our stay was just perfect. We will definitely stay here every time we go to Maui from now on. It's just that great.
