Top floor luxury penthouse unit with soaring ceilings in living room and master bedrooms. Newly renovated during 2009. Has new granite countertop kitchen and new appliances. In the living / dining room is a unique custom handcrafted extra deep sofa set and 47in flat screen TV and DVD.

There are two large master suites with their own tubs and en-suite bathrooms including rain showers. The kids will love the loft with two single beds, their own TV, DVD/VCR and en-suite bathroom including shower.

Superb close-up view of Snow Park Lodge and ski-lifts in Lower Deer Valley to assess the days conditions. Located 100 yards from the Lodge it is perfectly located for the kids Ski School. You can walk to the lift in minutes from leaving your front door. At the end of your first day, store your skis in the free overnight ski storage and walk home.

After a full day skiing, relax in the new hot tub located on the outside deck and watch the last skiers return to the lodge and the light fade. Surf the internet with our broadband secure WiFi internet connection or relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy a movie, a book or just some of your own music (Our music system includes an MP3 player connection so you can bring your own atmosphere with you).

For meals, we have all the amenities of your own kitchen needed to cook up a feast. For less effort, Snow Park Lodge has an excellent seafood buffet or you can catch the free-shuttle at the Snow Park Lodge to Park City Main Street (10mins) for a top-rated gastronomic adventure!

Our family THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay in the lovely condo! The location was wonderful and the keyless entry was fantastic and convenient for all. I would definitely return in the future.

Perfect for our family of 4 for 5 nights! (2 adults with 2 kids, 8 and 7 yrs old). Spacious, top floor, over-sized condo with vaulted ceilings that gave it an even roomier feeling. It could comfortably sleep 6. With our young kids, proximity was important to us, and the lodge is actually much closer than it looks in the photo. Walk straight across the street to the parking lot and head <50 yds. to the covered walkway leading to the Snow Park lodge and ski/boot valet. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean and modern, and the owner was easy to work with. The condo had just the right amount of condiments and amenities in the kitchen which eliminated the need for a full grocery run at the start of our vacation. But if you need healthy and fresh food for your stay, stop at the Whole Foods Market just after exiting Route 80 (10 minutes from the condo). However, breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Snow Park lodge are simply delicious and the Seafood buffet (which includes non-seafood items) is a must! Also, take the adjacent funicular RR to the St. Regis Hotel for outdoor apres ski relaxation and a great sunset view...I won't spoil your fun with more details...just do it. Plenty of books, magazines, movies, games, are available to keep you entertained if you don't ski or if you just need a rest. Underground parking was a huge bonus and Park City dining was an easy 5 minute drive away. We looked at the condos higher up the mountain and were glad that we chose Powder Run because the higher condo are a slow 5-10 minute drive up a curvy road. You really can't beat the proximity of Powder Run. We went to Park City for skiing one day and welcomed our return to Deer Valley. There really is no better place to ski than Deer Valley. The service is unsurpassed and the staff is amazingly friendly. Enjoy your stay!
