This condo is the cutest and most homey vacation home ever. My husband and I were lucky to be able to enjoy this little piece of heaven for a whole month. What could be better then sitting on the lani with your morning coffee and watching whales swim by, they also showed up at sun set. What a beautiful sight, every night the sunset was different. If you prefer the quieter life this is the place for you, as far as I'm concerned I would never stay in any other location on Oahu. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful beach and the mountains out front of the condo, wonderful! Wish I could spend every winter here. You wont be sorry if you decide to rent from Pam. I can not say enough about this condo and location, FABULOUS! Just love it! Thanks again Pam for sharing this piece of heaven with us.

This was our first trip to Hawaii to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We could not have asked for a better location and accomodations. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was the perfect view of the ocean, the sound of the waves at night and a beautiful beach right outside our door. Pam was very helpful with suggestions on things to do and places to eat and shop in the area. She was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had promptly. It was a fantastic week and we are looking forward to our next visit.

A small piece of paradise where you can not only enjoy the beach without fighting the crowds but you can enjoy the beauty of the sand, ocean and sea life from the privacy of your lanai in the luxury of this "gem" of a condo. We had the privilege of renting this condo for 2 weeks at the beginning of February and it was wonderful. The one bedroom condo is finished and maintained exceptionally well. Even after reading the great reviews we were still pleasantly surprised. All of the decorating, plates, utensils, etc are quality items. By far the best stocked condo we have ever rented. It really is designed for comfort and style. It also has Wifi, 2 T.V's, DVD's galore, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler and cooler bags, along with a multitude of kitchen appliances. All the comforts of home and more! We had to go buy another pair of binoculars for watching the whales in the distance and the sea turtles playing in the waves in front of us. Not to mention the magnificent sunsets! It is situated in a local area of the leeward side of Oahu so you will not find the typical tourist traps here. It is a long way from the tourist areas so if you like to get out and do things but also want the solitude of this condo I would suggest alternating"home" days and tourist days. We loved this little slice of heaven and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone! Added to that, the owner was amazing to deal with!

I rented this condo on our 25th Anniversary. Location is excellent, right on the private beach. Later we felt this was the best beach location in Ohau, walks in the morning or evening were great. Owner, Pam is a very nice person to communicate and prompt in her emails. Codo is furnished with excellent taste and well stocked with everything you would want. Property is very clean and well maintained. This rental made our trip memorable. I am sure to go back here again and I highly recommend this place.

I've been traveling to the islands once or twice a year for many years, and I have to say, this was one of my favorite experiences. I truly felt at home in this beautifully decorated, scrupulously clean condo, and really couldn't have asked for anything more. To be able to sit on the balcony and watch the children playing in the surf below while I worked on my book for 10 days was truly inspirational. The sounds of the surf, whale sightings and a constant breeze flowing through the condo made it absolutely perfect. I really can't wait to return, and hope to stay longer on my next visit to this paradisiacal spot.

Pam's place was wonderful. The condo was beautifull\y decorated, she has wonderful taste and you will enjoy staying at her place because she has thought of everything. Having the beach so close by and falling asleep listening to the waves hit the shore was beyond wonderful. Hated coming back to Midwest and the cold weather. Hope to enjoy Pam's place again soon. Thank you Pam for opening your place to us.

If you are looking for the perfect, romantic spot with a slower "island feel", this is your place! What a wonderful delight to find Pam's beach paradise! Her condo & beach are a reason to come (and come back) to Oahu. Wish we could have stayed longer! Such a pleasure to get away from the touristy places to your own quiet, beautiful beach. And you are right on the beach for such a reasonable price! Great place to lounge on the sand or snorkel with the fish & sea turtles. The condo is spotless, well laid out & equiped with just about everything you might need. It has a fun, pretty & comfortable decor. Beds were comfy, too. Markets & fast food are nearby. The view & the sound of the ocean, day & night is marvelous. This is a relaxing haven to return to at the end of a day's sightseeing. Pam is a great hostess, very responsive to questions and a pleasure to work with.

We've been to this area before and absolutely loved it. Those looking for true paradise will fall in love with this beach as it is away from all the craziness that is Waikiki. Falling asleep to the crashing waves and waking up to the beautiful sunshine was amazing. If we left the condo during the day, we made sure to be back in time for the sunset as the lanai provided the best view of it. Quick access to the private beach made it perfect to go body boarding and snorkeling - we saw turtles, octopus and lots of other marine life! It was our home away from home as we were provided with everything we would ever need! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom along with the beach gear made the trip a lot more smoother! The best part was just getting to know Pam through our email exchange and through her home. It really made the trip less stressful knowing she was always there to help as she was incredibly quick to respond to our emails. Thank you Pam for sharing your 'gem!' We will be back soon!

We chose this location because of previous reviews and it really was simply excellent. The beach is almost private but friendly. Perfect for snorkling, belly boarding or just cooling off in the ocean. The apartment is the best equipped that we have ever encountered, with an owner (Pam) who obviously cares about her Customers' vacation experience, at every stage of the process. All in all, a rare, precious combination. Book here with confidence and enjoy a vacation to remember. Some driving involved, but it is a relatively small island, - and this really it is a world away from the bustle of Waikiki. Very well done and thanks, Pam. We hope we may get to share 'your slide of paradise' again in the future.

This is what I expected of Oahu to be, the view from the Lanai is breathe taking! Pam had all the kitchen accesories you needed, we shopped for our breakfast and drinks before hand. Breakfast on the lanai was unbelievable. A monk seal visited us twice during our 4 night stay. We snorkeled and enjoyed our private beach, at the most I counted 10 people on that beach. 7pm was the sunset in August. We used Pams beach towels, umbrella, sarongs, slippers, beach chairs and coolers. Thank you so much Pam, this was truly a gem you shared with us and definitely a home away from home experience. We stayed in Waikiki for the weekend after our stay here, I kept on thinking about Makaha beaches and how I missed the secluded area and away from the hustle and bustle. It is a 40 minute drive from the city but well worth it. We will return, thank you again Pam! Joyce & Kevin from Juneau, Alaska

The condo is very neatly kept and well stocked. You'll have to do some driving but the island's not that big. Highly recommend and hope to come back!

OUR DECISION TO TRAVEL TO THIS VACATION PARADISE WAS MADE AFTER EXTENSIVE COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER, AND COMPARISON TO OTHER TRAVEL OPTIONS TO HAWAII, INCLUDING OTHER CONDO PROPERTIES AT THE MAKAHA BEACH CABANAS. THE OWNER WAS GRACIOUS TO RESPOND TO ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND WAS THOROUGH AND ACCURATE IN HER DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY, AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. WE ARRIVED AT THE CONDO, AND IMMEDIATELY FELT AT "HOME" AWAY FROM HOME, IT WAS IMMACULATE. THE PHOTOS WERE VERY ACCURATE IN DEPICTING THE BEAUTY OF THE CONDO, IN FACT, I WOULD SAY THE VIEWS OF THE BEACH ARE MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN WERE CAPTURED IN THE PHOTOS. WE ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR STAY AT THE CABANAS, PLAYED IN THE SURF, HAD A PICNIC ON THE BEACH, MOONLIT WALKS, PICKED TINY SEA SHELLS, AND ENJOYED THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE WATERS OF "BLUE HAWAII". THE OWNER HAS TASTEFULLY DECORATED THE CONDO WITH MERMAID MEMORABILIA AND I AM SURE EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS A STORY. THE CONDO LACKED FOR NOTHING, THE BEDDING WAS VERY COMFORTABLE INCLUDING THE SOFA BED, WHERE OUR DAUGHTER SLEPT SOUNDLY. WE ENJOYED GRILLING IN THE OUTDOOR BARBECUE AREA. IN THE MORNINGS WE WOULD OPEN THE SHUTTERS ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THE CONDO FOR A VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS AND TO LET THE SUN SHINE IN. WE ENJOYED THE TWO FLAT SCREEN TELEVISIONS, THE I-POD DOCK AND THE CABLE INTERNET ACCESS WHEN WE WERE RELAXING INSIDE THE CONDO. WE TRAVELED INTO WAIKIKI FOR OUR 6TH AND 7TH NIGHTS OF OUR 7 NIGHT VACATION. WE HAD DECIDED TO DO THIS SO THAT WE COULD TAKE CARE OF SOME OF THE "TOURISTY" STUFF YOU TRAVEL TO HAWAII FOR. WE WISHED WE HAD STAYED ALL SEVEN NIGHTS IN THE CONDO, NO NEED FOR WAIKIKI. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, AND ARE HOPEFUL TO STAY AGAIN SOON. THERE IS A TRUE LOCAL APPEAL TO THE AREA, OUTSIDE OF THE CONDO, IN THE TOWN OF WAIANAE, YOU WILL GET A REAL TASTE OF A LOCAL LIFESTYLE, WE ENJOYED THE CONTRAST, AND VISITING WITH THE LOCAL POPULATION, AFTER ALL, IT IS THEIR PARADISE THEY ARE SHARING WITH US.

This condo beats anything in Waikiki (hands down)! Although we visited Waikiki, we always found ourselves back on this beach for the beautiful view and the great area. The location of this condo is amazing as well as the views of this location. I couldn't have asked for better "real" hawaiian vacation. Great condo with the best location.

We had the absolute BEST vacation ever! At first I was worried that it was too much driving to get places....but oh was it worth every second! It was exactly what we wanted for our trip. This condo was so nice. The screened lanai was heaven. It faces West so every night we were treated with a different gorgeous sunset. We saw humpback whales! The bed was comfortable and had nice linens/towels for our use. The 2 TV's were great to have as we had our teenagers with us. Pam was responsive to emails/questions and so many nice touches for our stay. Thanks for the shampoo/soap stash! 2 boogie-boards, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs were provided. The common area downstairs was clean, had very nice grills, and available when we wanted to use them. The beach wasn't crowded, and we felt very safe and relaxed. Security knew who we were and other tenants were respectful and friendly. The onsite laundry facility has newer machines, was clean and inexpensive per load. We are coming back soon and when we do, we hope that this condo is available! We felt like it was ours and right at home! I almost didn't want to write a review and keep it our little secret but it was too nice not to share!

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday here in early December. The condo has been nicely renovated with a high-quality kitchen and bathroom - and it's decorated throughout with an amazing collection of ocean-theme art (think: mermaids!) The owner's obvious love of the place is evident and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed into a cozy home. We were happy to be away from the main tourist areas of the island and thoroughly enjoyed our walks on the beach, swimming in the ocean, whale and turtle spotting, and watching the sunsets and the stars.

This letter was sent to me from a recent guest. I wish to include it here. We just never know the opportunities we have to touch someone's heart. This is a reminder to me, of how grateful I am to have this condo to share with others. Thanks, Meagan, for taking the time to share your thoughts.Hello Pam-My name is Megan Kalberg. We stayed with you at the end of March into April just recently. My father, Floyd Kalberg, was the one that coordinated the entire vacation. We also got the opportunity to meet you as you were on your way out. I’m hoping you remember us... I know he sent you family pictures... We are from Minnesota.I am not interested in renting a condo, but knew that this was the best way to contact you.I would just like to personally say thank you for letting us stay that week. I'm assuming that father told you that he had stage 3 colon cancer when we went and that was his reward for completing chemotherapy. Our trip to your condo was our last family vacation. Just before we were leaving we had gotten word that his cancer had spread to his abdomen. He was determined to go and enjoy himself. And that he did, we all did. Upon our return we spent many, many hours in the hospital and going through various appointments. The cancer did spread but they still were confident they were getting it all. He was now at stage 4. He had begun chemotherapy once a week, every week. At the end of July we went out of town leaving him home with other members of the family because he told us to go. While we were gone, they decided they were going to do surgery. That is when we got the call. There was nothing more that they could do to help him. They gave him days. We brought him home for in home hospice, and on August 11th, 2008 he completed this leg of his journey.Your condo truly gave us our last family vacation. We enjoyed every moment of our trip. We would wake up and spend breakfast on the lanai just laughing and joking. We even got to see whales jumping (and got pictures). We swam with the turtles, every moment truly was paradise. So thank you again. You gave us so many memories, that truly was the last time he was up and about, after that he was pretty much in the hospital bedridden. When he was home we had pictures from our trip up and everyone commented on how amazing they were. I know I have said it already but thank you, truly from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.I took well over 2,000 pictures and we

This was our second visit, and what can I say that hasn't already been said? It truly is a pleasure to stay at Pam's condo. The condo is well maintained, clean and equipped like a home. Pam really cares about her guests! For us, the condo is ideal...beautiful beach, good golf close by, and just far enough away from Honolulu. As I write this I'm looking out the window to a snowy winter's evening. Oh, to be enjoying the "local style" of Makaha at Pam's piece of paradise...

My wife and I have stayed here several times. It is so beautiful, with the gorgeous little bay out one side and the Makaha Valley out the other. The condo is always spotless and very well equipped. Pam has furnished and upgraded it like her home, not a rental. She is a pleasure to deal with and if any problem arises she has local people available to deal with it quickly. We will be coming back.

This is truly a Hawaiian Paradise! We just returned from two weeks of bliss at Pam's condo. From the start of inquiring about the condo and emailing Pam was smooth she always responded quickly to my emails about any questions we had. When we arrived at the condo and opened the door it was stunning I was in awe at all the beautiful ocean and mermaid decor I have never seen so much everday I found something I hadn't seen before a true gem she has every hotel beat. I like others picked the place because of the bedroom facing the ocean and loved listening to the waves at night and you still hear them through-out the condo even in the family room. When we returned home in AZ we couldn't sleep without our waves lulling us to sleep. Plus that bed is very comfy I liked it better then my own at home! My husband was checking out the pillows to see who made them cause he loved the two he had. Like all the other's have said the condo is very clean well stocked with everything you could think of and more. For you cooks she has everything! As for the beach which is the best I have stayed at on Oahu it is very private and you will have plenty of room on the beach as it is never crowded. We snorkeled right there out to the left and saw plenty of fish and the famous turtles who live there and if you don't snorkel you'll see them right from the balcony! We walked the beach everday met some very nice people. We sat and had coffee on the lanai every morning so peaceful and watched the sun go down in the evenings. Pam also has a really great book in the desk we took everywhere with us has ton's of info on attractions, resturants, shopping and great maps, we brought our GPS which was a great help too. If you have time go to the swap meet at Aloha stadium great deals there and fun too for all you girls who love to shop! We had a blast thanks so much Pam for making our 25th so memorable! We'll be back for sure! Roger and Kathleen Walter

This was our third trip to this condo, it is cozy, clean, well supply with everyday needs and what a beach!!!! Coziness: It has a great view from the Lanai and from the bed, the sofas are very comfy and covered with pillows, the bed is heavenly , my wife and I battled over who had sleeping supremacy. It is very warm, inviting and well decorated. You feel at home the moment you step in. Cleanliness is fantastic. Grounds are well kept, as is the beach area and housekeeping did a tremendous job, as I am sure the folks that stayed there before us tracked sand throughout the place as we did but you wouldn't have known it. The place is spotless. It has everything one could need such as large soft beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, body boards and yes.... for those of us from the Northwest even an espresso machine. Must have daily latte. The beach is amazing if you are a sun worshiper, we have yet to have had a day there when the temperature was below 85 degrees and the water is always around 80 degrees. Beautiful blue Hawaiian waters with a white sandy beach and fun waves to play in for hours. At the most the the trips we say maybe 15 people on the entire beach at once. Most of the time there wasn't more than 6 to 8. There are resident turtles that can be seen anytime you go for a walk. Just up the road (maybe a mile) is Makaha state park for those of you who like to surf it is an easy paddle out and the break is 4-6 feet with 8-10 foot sets.

This was my first time renting on VRBO and it couldn't have gone smoother. The condo was exactly as described in the listing - cozy and decorated SOO cute but most important IMMACULATELY CLEAN. From the bathroom and kitchen to the fresh sheets and towels! The beach was private, relaxing and steps away from the condo. There were beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, a cooler and everything we needed provided. We chose this complex because the bedroom was on the ocean side - I wanted to hear the waves at night. We were a family of four and thought it would be a tight fit but we didn't spend enough time gathering inside to care. My daughters were on the pull out bed which was as comfortable as a regular bed BUT have to admit my 21 yr old daughter took the couch cushions and laid them on the floor next to the lanai so she could sleep next to the waves at night also!! The complex was VERY secure with pass codes and locks. The beach was beautiful and yes - we did witness the HUGE turtles which my husband swam next to down the coast. We spent most of our time on that beach but when we weren't we were sitting on that lanai watching the AMAZING sunsets. Every night a couple goes out to blow the conch shells at sundown - I have pictures! From the time I inquired to the end Pam contacted me within 24 hours or less every time I emailed her. I told her things we wanted to do while there – she made personal suggestions and even gave us directions to the grocery store or where to buy cheap snorkeling stuff for the week. I joked with her that I felt like I was staying at an old friend's house that I had never met!! When we returned from our trip we had our deposit back the NEXT DAY with a nice note from Pam thanking us for staying in her home. My only suggestion for Pam - hang a sign on the door that says "don't forget your sunscreen" for pale husbands who think they are invincible against Hawaiian sun. My only regret - we didn't stay longer. Thanks to you Pam for all your hospitality and if we find ourselves in Hawaii again - we will be back!

Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenage girls stayed in this Condo over spring break 2009, The semi private beach is awesome and the view spectacular from the Palm Tree just to the left of the balcony to the ocean just steps away from the Condo. The inside of the condo is decorated in the mermaid theme and all issues were preaddressed via correspondence with Pam. Pam has the Condo setup with a personal touch from Flat Screen TV's/DVD players in both Master Bedroom and Living Room to unlimited usage of all her DVD's. Our location was just 1 mile from our friends living on the island, worked out great. The security was good for our safety and belongings. Pam walked me through the payment part via PayPal and everything went smooth. Alot of extra's were part of the condo rental, cooler's, chair's, booggie boards etc. It is a little tight for sleeping 4 people but for 2 people it would be perfect. Pam sent our deposit back right on time, we had nothing but a positive experience in all aspects of our visit/stay in Pam's Condo.

We just wanted to thank you for the fantastic time we had staying in your condo in February 2009. It was so nicely appointed and you had everything we could have needed. Your mermaid motif was very fitting and the condo was very clean and recently update. Having lived in Honolulu for many years, it was a very special homecoming for us. The beach was secluded and nearly private. The security was excellent and the staff was exceedingly friendly and efficient. We had no problem contacting you about a question and felt well cared for. It was a pleasure to have friends from town come out and BBQ with us. They liked your condo so much that they wanted to buy a unit in the building. They saw how special the location was. We also enjoyed many beautiful sunsets and walks on a beach that is one of Oahu's best kept secrets. The value was exceptional, almost a give away, and we received our deposit back quite quickly after returning home. We enjoyed reading your visitors book and all the wonderful things that people saw and experienced there. Thanks Pam! We will look forward to staying there again! I would not recommend renting this unit while visiting Hawaii. The pictures are somewhat accurate but what they fail to disclose are multiple pitfalls. The condo is so stuffed with furniture and trinkets that it is hard to find a place to put down your luggage. The unit is extremely small and it would be difficult, if not impossible, to accommodate four people. There is no washing machine and dryer in this unit as stated. We felt unsafe both at this condo and in this area. We had to listen to roosters, barking dogs, sirens from emergency vehicles and racing cars all day and night. Since we were renting this place for the last three days of our seventeen day vacation, we tried to stick it out and only return to the condo to sleep. The condo’s back gate to the beach is locked with a chain at 10:00pm. The security guard told us we had to leave the “gated community” and go down a side alley to get to the beach after 10:00pm. We witnessed a constant breach of security at the front gate. The unit was not cleaned properly. How can there be dust and dirt on the shower dial if the shower is sprayed down, sanitized and cleaned between guests? On the second day we entered the condo to cockroaches in the bathroom and under the bed. My husband killed them and I jumped on the telephone to get a hotel to stay in for our last night. They were not just island bugs. They were cockroaches due to filth and unsanitary conditions. We had paid for 3 days but couldn’t tolerate the place past 2 days. There is only one way in and one way out on this side of the island thus no egress to the north side of the island. To end it all, we have not received our security deposit back. We have been informed that a check is in the mail with a “thank you note”. The request to credit it back to our charge card was denied because of fees. All of this information and communication is via emails. You are given a cell phone number that goes right to a voice mail. We were told by the owner that she never answers the phone. We would not recommend this property to anyone let alone a friend. Caution to all that dare rent this condo.

I am sorry I did not write this sooner than LAST YEAR! But I did just send in an inquiry for July. I wanted to tell you what an incredible place you have. It was so CLEAN (spotless), beautifully decorated, wonderful bed and bedding, etc. You can tell it is truley your precious gem in paradise. It is nice to know that there is still a place in HI that is truely old HI, not commerciallized! The Beach is perfect, not crowded with people. Perfect for rest & relaxation. If your looking for the crowds, crowded beaches and tourist traps don"t stay here. You are short drives from all of that including the north shore. Anyway had a great time and trying to come real soon! Would not stay anywhere else!!!!

We stayed here in May of 2010 and I am a very picky person, but this condo was WONDERFUL!!! We have tried to come back and stay several times but it is always booked up. Pam is a delite to work with and I would highly recommend this place. And the beach is one of the best in the world. Love it there!!!

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Very quiet beach - felt like we had it all to ourselves most of the time. Much nicer than the "city" beaches to the south. Pam is great to work with and we loved her home away from home. Can't wait to go back!

Pam, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. Your condo has everything anyone could possibly need to make their stay enjoyable. The views off the lanai are beautiful. We enjoyed having dinner on the lanai every night watching the magnificent sunsets and then waiting for the locals to line up on the beach at sunset to blow their concha's (large shells). A great escape from an Alberta winter - can't wait to return.

We stayed in Pam's condo Nov. 20-26. It was our daughter's first trip to Hawaii so we wanted to make it pretty special for her. The moment we walked in and saw all the beautiful mermaid decorations, our daughter was in such awe of everything. Even the toilet handle was detailed with a mermaid to flush with. :) When we opened the shutters for the first time on the lanai pretty soon after arriving, that blew us all away. The sound of the crashing waves and the unpopulated beach made it such a pleasant experience. What an awesome view. The condo was absolutely beautiful and Pam has pretty much everything you can think of and even some toiletries you may have forgotten from home. I was getting a little discouraged by the end of our trip because I wasn't spotting any sea turtles as others had posted about. As I took a walking tour to the left side of the beach and walked the trail leading to the little cliff next to the rock formation, I spotted a lone turtle who kept popping its head up for air. This was the icing on the cake for me. What a wonderful time we had!! It rained a couple of days we were there but still high 70s-low 80s so we weren't complaining. We enjoyed our stay in the cabana. Thanks so much Pam!! We definetely plan on staying here again in the future.

We stayed at Pam's home from 5-17th September, 2008. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days there. All of our questions were answered promptly. The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated and situated on a quiet beach. We could tell that Pam finished the condo like a home, not just a rental place. The kitchen has everything we needed. We cooked almost every night before the sunset and watched a DVD before we went to bed. We watched the sun goes down - just can't describe the beauty of the nature. It was great to watch the ocean, the waves and the moon sets too. We saw three turtles in a row. If you are thinking of spending time in Hawaii and want to enjoy some quietness, don't go further. This was the most romantic vacation my husband & I have ever been on. The condo was PERFECT!! Turtles in the bay, breathtaking sunsets out the bedroom lanai, and even the bed was very comfortable! We will be back.

This is an amazing and beautiful place! During our stay there was a full moon and we saw it set at 6am into the horizon and it was so bright and beautiful. The owner has done a great job on making it feel like our own home. It's very clean and has everything you need! Wish we could have stayed longer.

When we arrived from the airport we were sooooo thrilled to walk in and see a wonderfully inviting and sparkling clean place...we couldn't have been happier!! Everything we could have possibly wanted was available for us to use...beach towels & chairs, espresso maker, iPod docking station, dvd player, etc...what can I say...it was perfect! We will certainly recommend this place to all of our friends and family.
