Sunset View is unusual in being a larger than average rental home offering 2 master suites. It accommodates a maximum of 8, in its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A crib and high chair for a baby (making 9) can be provided, but must be requested at the time of booking.
Benefiting from the afternoon sun, the large pool deck offers access to the 30 feet long pool and integral spa. Dining in the evening on the pool deck can offer amazing sunset views.
Hibiscus and other exotic plants provide privacy for the pool area. Guests also have access to the full size community pool, tennis courts and other sports facilities.
Recognizing the pressures of business in today's competitive world, the rental of Sunset View includes internet access via a wireless computer network for those bringing their own laptop as well as an in-house computer.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Ridge
We chose to buy in Indian Ridge because the houses are further apart than in most communities. Our house is on a quarter acre plot with a west facing view and there are no houses over the wall. We chose our house for its large pool and spa and for the view.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This house is our vacation home first and a rental property second. We have furnished and fitted it to the standard that we want for ourselves and all of our guests. The house is ideal for two couples because it has two master suites. It really is hard to say which suite is the best so both couples can be happy that they had the best one!
We are close to Disney World and a genuine 5 - 10 minutes drive, even at busy times.

We chose to buy our vacation home in 2004 and have enjoyed 2 or 3 vacations a year since then. We have enjoyed redecorating and upgrading the house to the standard we have today. Our favorite thing is to eat out, next to the pool watching the sun set and listening to the water running over the waterfalls in the pool.

A Fantastic home, the pool is outstanding with the jacuzzi too!,there is plenty of room in the four bedrooms, our girls shared a twin and the boys had a room each, the 2 master bedrooms with ensuite facilities are superb, we couldnt fault the property. The location is fantastic and only around 15 mins to Disneys car parks and 5 mins to the 192, The property is modern, comfortable and the master bedrooms are huge!!and super comfy beds.A truly fantastic property. Would recommend this property to families of any age. An absolute pleasurable stay in a wonderful property. Roy it was a pleasure and we cant wait to come back.

No detail was overlooked at this property. A comfortable holiday for 2 families, the description on VRBO was accurate to a fault. Clean and well-maintained, comfortable beds, plenty of towels for the pool -- anything we needed, after a short search, we would find it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Everything about this house is as advertised. The very well kept property was clean and neat on arrival. The owner and local management company have thought of everything with excellent attention to detail. The house is conveniently located to the Disney theme parks and easy access to I-4 and travel to other areas in central Florida. Our family vacation spanned three generations, and everybody was happy with our choice of accomodations. Leroy. Edmonton, AB.
