  Perfect vacation in a perfect condo! Standing in the kitchen and looking out at the ocean was truly like being on a cruise ship! With three adults and two small children, the bedrooms were perfect for our family. Have stayed at Beach Club many times in several different condos, and I think this is the best of them all!

  My husband, 10 year old daughter, mom, and I spent Spring Break at this condo and it was amazing! The pictures really don't do it justice - I could have spent the whole time on the balcony, my daughter loved the pool and my mom loved the beach - something for everyone! Everything was so clean and they had everything you could need for the kitchen - even a grill on the balcony. It was also so nice to have chairs out on the beach set up - less to carry out there - not that it was a huge walk out to the beach. The pools were nice - and it was nice to have an indoor pool when it got rainy one day. Can't wait to visit again!!!

  The Condo was lovely!! It was more than what we expected. Mrs. Lila was very helpful in giving us all the information could you use. My family and I went down to pensacola for my daddy's 50th birthday and I quote he said, "what a swankey place to celebrate a 50th birthday!" I would book again with Mrs. Lila and recommend others to book this condo. The only advice i could give is in the address. You need to put in your GPS, Gulf Breeze as the city instead of Pensacola Beach.

  The view of the beach from this 3 bdrm condo was SUPERB. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view - absolutely amazing... The size of the condo was perfect for us as well. Everything you could think of was already there. You only needed a toothbrush and clothes. The way It was updated and decorated beautifully reminded you of being in an Ernest Hemmingway property. Thanks to the coordination of the property manager Lila, my family had a wonderful & memorable time! We definitely plan on going back!

  Unit is very well stocked and the ammenities are fantastic at the Beach Club! This was by far the easiest VRBO I have ever done (out of 5 other attempts). Excellent experience and a wonderful vacation!

  My husband and I are still here enjoying the entire beach experience in a perfect location! I picked this place in order for my family and myself to be in walking distance of 95% of any place anyone would want to go! Our 3 Grandchildren and 3 Adult Parents were here for a few days and had a wonderful time! We love the view of the Gulf at all times . . . even those sleepless nights - a good place to be sleepless!!! This property is perfect for anyone. If your a "Snowbird" looking for a great place to escape . . . this is it! The airport is exactly 14 minutes from this parking lot to departing flights "drop-off" location! A great place to make lasting memories!

  The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is more beautiful and more spacious than the pictures reflect. We stayed for a week and it was the best. Condo was fantastic, Beach Club was perfect and Lila is the best. Anything you need is there but if you find something you really need, Lila has it for you before the day is over. I would recommend his condo to anyone or look for any other Lila handles and I am sure you will be delighted. Thanks for a wonderful vacation - we will be back!

  We had 3 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids under 3 and this was the perfect place. The unit was very spacious and we never felt cramped. The living room was perfect for little kids as it had a nice rug, soft couch and two recliner chairs (and no big coffee table with sharp edges!). The bedrooms were good size and each had a nice bathroom. The large balcony was absolutely the best. It was large with an electric grill built in and with plexiglass panels to help with the view and to prevent little ones from trying to pry or climb. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner out there and our niece even slept out there one night. The Beach Club facilities are very nice and well maintained. The pool is spacious and clean. The beach access is easy and we never felt cramped even on the weekend. Parking was ample and we even had a relatively easy time getting luggage carts to unload/load. The indoor pool is nice and the workout facilities are state of the art. Very impressive. The location is good too... a short walk west down the beach takes you to the pier and two a couple decent beach side restaurants / watering holes... to the arcade and putt putt golf. We also found that just across the street on the bay side there was a little beach area behind the restaurants with much calmer waters for our little ones to venture into the water without being scared by the waves. A couple downsides: The television and internet went out a couple times. I read a few broader Beach Club reviews and this may be a theme of the Beach Club as I read similar complaints. Obviously not a huge deal as the point is to be outside with the water, but it can be annoying when your 3 year old wants to watch cartoons before bed and/or you're trying to get stuff done on the wifi. Also, one of our proximity keys did not work which made it very inconvenient for us to go back and forth from outside to in with babies. It was not the fault of the owner, but I don't think the Beach Club management office was very helpful for us on this topic. All in all, we would highly recommend the Beach Club and this unit. We've been coming to NW Florida gulf coast of the last several years and this is definitely one of the better units/resorts. Also, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful… it is clear she has a passion for providing a wonderful vacation experience at her beautiful condo. Thanks!

Cancellation policy:

BEACH CLUB TOWERS RULES AND REGULATIONS BALCONIES – Balconies shall not be used for hanging garments, towels, or other household items. Do not throw items from balconies as this is prohibited by Florida law. Violators will be evicted. FITNESS CENTER & AQUA SPA – Children under 18 are NOT allowed at any time. Please do not remove towels from the Spa and Fitness Center. GUESTS – Non-resident guests (non-owners and non-renters) using the gym or spa must be accompanied by their host or, at least, escorted into the facility for sign-in. Owner’s guests may use the outdoor pool facilities only when the owner is present. INDOOR POOL – Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. No pool or beach toys of any kind. No food or drink. No diapers please. LUGGAGE CARTS – Since there are a limited number of luggage carts, please return them immediately after use, You can return them to the mail room located on the first floor, or the second or third floor near the vending machine. Carts are not to be left in units overnight. OCCUPANCY LIMITS – A maximum of eight (8) persons per three bedroom unit and ten (10) person per four bedroom unit and penthouse unit. OUTSIDE POOL/BEACH ACCESS 1. Exit the elevator on the third floor, walk through the garage to either the left or right and take the elevator there to the ground floor. You are only steps to the outdoor pool and beach. 2. Exit the elevator in the lobby and go out the front door, follow the sidewalk around the west end of the tower to the outdoor pool. NO COOLERS OR SURF BOARDS THROUGH THE INDOOR POOL, PLEASE USE OTHER ROUTES PARKING – Vehicle parking permits are required and available from your rental company or homeowners association office. Do not park around or behind the tower. No trailers, motorcycles, boats, or RV’s are allowed on the property at any time. Vehicles without properly displayed parking permits, hanging from the rearview mirror, will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. PETS – Only owners are permitted to have pets at Beach Club Towers. Owners must have their animal on a leash and utilize the dog walk area near the northwest corner of the property. Short-term renters that violate this policy are subject to eviction. SWIMMING POOLS/HOT TUBS – for the enjoyment of all, please adhere to the following: • No GLASS containers at any time • No drinks while you are in the pool • Beach Club has no lifeguard – swim at your own risk • No horseplay, no jumping or diving at anytime • Do not leave personal items – Towels do not reserve chairs • No pets or smoking on the pool deck • Soft sided 6 pack coolers only • Please drink responsibly • No diapers, please • Use the showers on the pool deck to clean items brought from the beach, not the pools. TRASH CHUTES – There is a trash chute located on the east end of the tower on each floor. Please do not put any boxes down the trash chute and make sure that all the trash is in tied plastic bags. WALKWAYS – No personal items are to be left unattended outside the individual units in the walkways or other common areas (lobby, pools, etc.) Facility hours: Fitness: 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Spa: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Outdoor Pool: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Indoor Pool: 5:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Adults only 12:00 noon – 6:00 p.m. – Family 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. – Adults only Declaration of condominium - Section 17.5 - Fines /The Board of Directors of the Association may upon notice and hearing before the Board of Directors, fine, and charge any offending member a sum not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100) for each infraction of the provisions of this Declaration, The articles of Incorporation, Bylaws or Rules and Regulations of the Association. However, a fine may be levied on the basis of each day of continuing violation, with a single notice and opportunity for a hearing, provided that no such fine shall in the aggregate exceed $1,000.00.
