This neat vintage cottage has been in our family since it was built in 1980. We have VAULTED tung in grove ceiling in the enormous living room with 2 ceiling fans. Colorful hardwood floors give this home a warm “at the beach” tropical feeling.
The master bedroom,with a king sized bed, takes up the entire upstairs and has a bathroom. Downstairs bedroom #1 has two double beds and bedroom #2 has twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The separate dining room has a large cypress dining table. This is a NON-SMOKING home, but is allowed on the large balcony that opens from the living room.
Your pet is welcomed with opened arms. There is satellite TV in the living area and master bedroom. The home has DSL and a stereo system. There are ceiling fans in every room except the kitchen.
The large deck has unobstructed views of the Gulf and Lagoon. There is an approx. 400 foot walk to the beach. Less than a mile from shopping and resturantes..
