LOCATED in the shadow of the Heavenly's California Ski Lodge, you'll find your very own mountain escape. Newly Remodeled, well equipped and spacious, three story, three bedrooms, two bath home. Our home is nestled in a private, natural setting; yet close to all of the best Tahoe has to offer.
AMENITIES include, outdoor hot tub, new kitchen, gas fireplace, high-speed & Wi-Fi Internet, BBQ, 3 large screen TVs, tasteful décor, and a large outdoor deck great for entertaining.
BEDROOMS are cozy and the home sleeps 12 comfortably. The upstairs includes 2 Queen Bedrooms and a bunk room that has 2 twin over full bunks. There is a separate entertainment room at the lower level, that has LCD TV, DVD, game console, sitting are, and one twin over full bunkbed.
KITCHEN is new & fully equipped with everything for the experienced cook. There is a large dining table with seating for 10 and Full patio seating outside for all.
HOT TUB seats 6 on a private deck, under the stars, among towering green conifers with your own private lot.
LOCATION is 2 blocks from Heavenly, 5 minutes to south-shore casinos & great restaurants. Your group will love the convenience & privacy.
After a fun-filled day, join friends and family in your own private, outdoor hot tub, view majestic mountains and beautiful forest. Our home is a great choice to be near South Shore casinos, world-renowned Heavenly skiing and a myriad of activities. This home is superbly maintained & meticulously clean.
There is a two car garage with door opener containing ski/snowboard racks to keep everything secure and out of the weather.
Electronics Include Full Cable, 42 Inch screen with HD, and DVD player in the entertainment room. The living room also has full Cable with Flat screen and DVD. The bunk room has the third flat screen with DVD upstairs. For those who want to bring their laptop there is wireless Internet throughout the house.
