We had a very good time, furniture was comfortable and the view was pretty and priced better than a hotel.

This condo is a gem! It has a perfect location in Tucson (walking distance to La Encantada mall) and is perfectly located within the condominium complex as well. It is very aptly described in VRBO, but it is even more lovely to see it in person. You will be delighted with this tastefully decorated, very comfortable "home away from home".

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We rented from Dec 15, 2011 to Jan 15, 2012. The location was fabulous and area safe and easy to get everywhere. Loved the jacuzzi and pool. All was exactly as expected and no problems were encountered. Tucson is fabulous with hilites being the Kartchner Caverns, hiking Phoneline Trail, Blackett's Ridge, Bridal's Veil, and staring at Blue skies

Great location. Close to groceries, shopping, & restaurants. Quiet with view from the balcony. Hot tub, pool, and tennis court on the property.

This Skyline Villa was perfect for our family. The listing was exactly as described. Not only was the unit meticulous, everything was there that we needed...from laundry detergent to hairdryer. We were so thrilled to literally be steps away from La Encantada, fine dining..Flemings and Ra as well as our favorite fast casual eateries like Chipotle, Starbucks, and Jamba Juice. The beds were comfy, linens super clean and we enjoyed the mountain views and nature...such as quail, lizards, cacti and other birds. Great location, can't wait to rent again! Thank you Mary! I was happy to get back to the U of A to show my kids where I went to college.I would definitely recommend this condo !

The condo is exactly as pictured. It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped and has many cooking basics. The beds are comfortable. There are many little extras like videos and dvds and games. Help was available when we had questions. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely come here again.

Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo at Skyline Villa is a great location, you can walk to La Encatada, fabulous shopping and restaurants!! Go to Frost for Gelato! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and cozy! The pictures are accurate. The little balcony is perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunsets. The condo was very clean. Very nice pool, clean, and nice chairs, cool and refreshing and a hottub! Easy to book and get the keys. A perfect place to stay in Tucson, I can't wait to stay on my next visit.

We absolutely enjoyed the Condo, location (North Tucson) and our stay. Good area with shopping center with excellent stores and restaurants within 1 minute drive or 3 to 5 minute walk. Also convenient access via Sunrise Rd. or Cambell Ave to many other locations via car such as Sabino Canyon, etc., where we took a 3 mile hike every other day. Great Winter get away!

Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

Owner response: Our location is absolutely the best Tucson has to offer. The views of the mountains and valley lights below are stunning. An abundance of upscale shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The condo is so clean, comfortable and artfully decorated you wont want to leave.

Why the Owner Chose Skyline Villas:
We purchased this property because I grew up in Tucson and visit my family there often. The location is the best Tucson has to offer and the proximity to the mountains is, well, sublime.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Our unit is on the perimeter of the property looking out upon the desert. I enjoy observing & listening to the desert wildlife just below our back patio. It is so peaceful and quiet it is hard to leave.
