You will be wowed by the view when you walk into this home, featuring over 3500 sq. ft. and 3 levels of extraordinary lake living. The almost acre of land is highlighted with 124’ prime lake frontage, (2) piers, an elevated deck, flat paver's brick patio and a beach area. Sit back and enjoy the 2 patio sets with seating for 10!
As you enter the 18’ vaulted Great Room, the lake appears to surround the home and instantly confirms you are someplace special. Your stay also includes a well-appointed Kitchen with an island, a large Dining Area, a Laundry Room and a Sunroom. There are 3.5 baths and (5) bedrooms, tastefully decorated. The 3rd floor is home to the recently updated Master Bedroom, with a queen bed, dressers, ceiling fan, master bath - separate jetted tub and shower, double sinks and a walk-in closet. (2) Bedrooms and a full bath complete this floor. Two Bedrooms have a full-size and a twin bed each. Both of these rooms include dressers and closets. The Guest Bedroom on the main floor also has a queen bed and dressers. The Terrace Level is a 3/4 finished basement with a spare Bedroom featuring a queen bed and full closet. You will also find a full bath, family room, and kitchenette/rec room, complete with a foosball table, ping pong table and electronic darts! From there you can walk out onto the flat back yard with its brick patio. The house easily sleeps 12 in beds, air mattresses and a futon. A foldable pack and play crib and high chair are available. The family atmosphere and open concept of this home are great for entertaining and allows you to keep an eye on the kids.
So return to your childhood! Lake Beulah is an incredibly clean, spring-fed, swimming, boating and fishing lake with over 800 acres of water for you and your family to enjoy. In the Summer come explore the water, the 27 holes of golf across the street, the sky diving or the new skateboard park in East Troy. You can find wonderful hiking and biking in Southern Kettle Moraine Park. In the winter enjoy the breath-taking scenery, downhill and cross country skiing, as well as great ice-fishing right outside your back door. There’s fun for everyone. The house has wireless internet - so bring your laptop(s), if you need to. We’re the best kept secret just north of Lake Geneva! Our family gathered at this home in January for a late Christmas celebration. We had 3 generations of family members gathered together for a weekend of relaxing, laughing and lots of fun. We were able to use the backyard for some sledding which the kids absolutely loved. The house was perfect for a large gathering. There is so much space we were never cramped or crowded. There was plenty of room and things to do for the kids, never once were they bored. With 3 floors of living space they had more than enough room to run around. The adults were able to relax in the beautiful living room which again held all of us comfortably. The multiple TVs were great for football season! The kitchen/dining area is large and spacious and allowed plenty of room for cooking and preparing meals. The kitchen is very well stocked with about everything you could possibly need. The house is very clean and very well kept. The bathrooms were spotless. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't there. The photos on the website don't do the house justice. It's a gorgeous home - a home away from home indeed. We will return to this house again and will reccommend it to family and friends. It's an incredible value considering you have your own private retreat with lake frontage right there. Amazing!!

My Husband & I, our 5 Adult children and their families gathered here for an incredible family reunion weekend. We flew in from various points in CA as well as TX for a surprize 75th Birthday party for my Mom. We selected this rental because of the location in relation to where my Mom's party was held. From the moment we set foot on the property, we knew we were meant to be here! This was the first time since 12/2007 that we were able to assemble our family in one place all at the same time and it was unanimous that everyone had the "Time of their lives". This home is everything it is described as and more. The memories of our weekend spent here, will remain on our minds for a long time and in our hearts for eternity. The Landlords are incredibly easy to deal with. The communication couldn't have been better. You truely get the feeling of something very special about this house, and to me it was quite obvious that the owners are aware of this, and it is from their heart that they offer to share their home. As much as a part of me wants to say I would recommend this vacation rental to family and friends, their is a selfish part of me that wants to keep this home my own little secret! I honestly can not say enough. We ranged in years from 1 1/2 to 62 and this home met and exceeded all of our needs. I am forever grateful and feel extremely blessed for my experience here.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home and wanted for nothing. The layout was very conducive to gathering as a family, and you seemed to have covered all bases to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. A big thank you for arranging to have some decorations out when we came...the place looked very festive! It has been a pleasure working with such a conscientious and willing landlord. You really bent over backwards to please us, and please us you did! If we ever need to rent a gathering space again, we’ll definitely consider your lovely home.

Your home was wonderful. Our group spent 4 great days there for our 14th annual girls' weekend. The house was well equipped - everything we needed in the kitchen to feed 11 gals, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Nothing was lacking. The location is absolutely beautiful and it was nice to wake up to the lake and watch the sunset over the lake in the evenings. Even though it was a bit cooler than we had hoped, we still ventured out onto the water in the paddle boats. All in all, we are looking forward to returning sometime in the future. The only bad part was that we all wished for a few more days as it ended too soon. :)

Our family vacationed last August and this July at this beautiful home. The house itself is perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids' families. The bedrooms are large and wonderful and the 3 families have their own bathrooms. The home is immaculate and the kitchen has everything we need. Our family eats all our meals in the great kitchen and we can fit at the large kitchen table. The front yard is perfect in that there is plenty of room for our 5 cars and the boat trailer. The kids love the swingset, and they ride their bikes on the long driveway in complete safety. But I love the water! The views from the house and the decks is beautifull and tranquil, and the two piers provide room for our ski boat and a rented pontoon. The home has its own sandy bottom beach for the young kids where you can enjoy sunshine all day long. The lake is great for skiing, and for leisure pontoon rides too. The renting family is wonderful and genuinely cares about the success of your time in their home. The walk-out basement has a great play room, and there is a beautiful reading/media room with gorgeous water views. We have rented many different homes, and this is by far the most excellent. We hope to make our stays there an annual event to look forward to.

What a wonderful home and location for a family winter get-a-way! We gave the gift of this weekend stay to my in-laws for Christmas. It was fairly central for everyone to travel to for a weekend away. We enjoyed ice skating, ice fishing, and sledding; all right out the back door! The home accomodated the 8 adults and 5 children in our group perfectly. It is spacious, super clean, and offers a lot to do so close by. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

We had a wonderful two weeks staying in your house. It was absolutely spotless and very well equipped.There are fabulous views of Lake Beulah. The two four year olds loved the beach area and the shallow water for splashing and running races btween each pier.The playset was well used too. My five month old daughter loved the swing. We all really enjoyed the pedalo exploring the water lilies and the opposite bank. The house is great for a rainy day too with the ping pong table and darts. We would definitely recommend this house and the location. Lovely afternoon sunshine and beautiful sunsets. My whole family enjoyed themselves it is a fantastic venue for a big gathering.

We stayed at the house in July and had an absolutely wonderful time! The weather was perfect and the water was delightful. We found the Elegant Farmer and made a few trips for the rhubarb/apple/cherry which was quite addicting. It was a good thing that we brought bikes and golf clubs to help us work off all the pie we ate. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We really had a great week.

Beautiful Home In A Winter Wonderland !!! This is the perfect home for a winter vacation. Close to every activity you can imagine... downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoe hiking and skating. Or just take in the fantastic view while sitting inside... next to the warm fireplace. We watched our kids sled down the hill in the backyard for days. They never got tired of it. We loved this place, and can't wait to go back. Highly Recommended.
