Our beach home sits right on the sand with only the beach grass between you and the water. It features a large fully furnished kitchen, gas fireplace and an open floor plan. A full set of windows allows in plenty of light and overlooks the private deck with view of the Siletz bay and the ocean beyond.
The large kitchen and open dining/living room with the adjacent furnished patio provides full entertainment opportunities. The dining table comfortably seats 8 with adjacent seating for 6 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave and dishwasher. All dishes and cooking utensils are provided. The living room includes cable television, over stuffed chairs and a sleeper sofa.
The home comfortably sleeps 8. All bedrooms are upstairs and two bedrooms have queen beds. The master bedroom has a over stuffed chair and armoire with cable TV. The third bedroom has three tiered bunk beds, a futon and a small loft for kids. The carpeted loft easily accommodates sleeping bags and is a favorite hang out.
The location is perfect for families and children of all ages. The sandy beach is right off the back deck. The privacy of the beach lends itself well to sunbathing and reading. The character of the beach is enhanced by endless sand, beautiful sunsets, and is a great place to have an evening fire and roast marsh mellows. An outdoor shower on the back deck simplifies clean up from the sand.
Shallow water extends a considerable distance (depending on the tide level) and is wonderful for wading and playing. The area is great for canoeing and kayaking. Explore the bay or cross over to Mo's Restaurant. The Siletz River runs through the outer edge of the bay and Schooner Creek runs into the area from the opposite side. The area teems with shore birds and water fowl. Bring your binoculars.

We rented this beach house in October and it was fantastic! We loved how the kids could walk up the little hill to the beach easily and we were right there! Two families shared the house with a total of 5 kids and it worked perfect with the two queen bedrooms and the bunkhouse! We were a little nervous with how high the top bunks are but I think that was just worried moms! We loved having a dining room table big enough for all of us to sit and and the kitchen was really spacious too! Another great feature was the outdoor shower where we could rinse the sand off before heading in the house! We cooked just about every meal we were there, even caught clams right out at the beach and cooked those for an appetizer! It was a great, affordable vacation and something we definitely want to do next year!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

The beach house worked great for our 2 families. The bunk room is great for the kids, and we cooked breakfast and (grilled) dinner almost every day. The bay beach was great - lots of sand for the kids to play without worrying about big waves, plus lots of room to fly kites! The only 'con' was that both propane tanks for the grill were empty and there was no charcoal, so we had to get a tank filled - not a big deal but inconvenient when we expected to hit the deck and grill right away. We could only get one burner on the stove to work, also, but that might have been operator error - who knows? :-) Great house, great location, great price! We will seek out this house next time we come to Lincoln City, and will recommend it to friends, too.

We had a fabulous experience staying at your beautiful beach house !! The kids loved the room with the bunk beds and we loved that it was so close to the beach. Im sure we will be staying again here in the near future !
