  The place was very comfortable and in a very convenient location. Close to everything. Very peaceful. I would recommend. The owners were very easy to work with.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

  We had a wonderful time in Sunriver. The house was very comfortable, and had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The location was awesome, really close to the village and the SHARC pool, as well as close to biking trails. There where four(2 kids/2 adults) of us and the house felt very comfortable, it could easily fit 6-8 people. We wanted to extend our stay while we were there, and the owners were very helpful at accomadating us. Possible only downside was no hot tub, but we wouldn't have used it in the summer.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  This is a great little place for 1-2 families. The interiors were very well appointed, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of bikes in the garage for the family, and bike-trails abound, all around the property. The loft has two sets of bunk-beds (sleeps 6, technically), and the kids had a great time. Overall, we had a good time, despite the fact that there was no snow on the ground (something the owners couldn't have done much about). Still, Mt. Bachelor was just 20+ mins away.

  My husband and I just returned after spending a week at Meadow House 31. I don't know what the one guest experienced when they stayed and I had some second thoughts after reading their review, but I did contact the owner and she was very reassuring that all the matters addressed had been taken care of. She was correct, this condo was immaculate when we arrived. The furnishings were very comfortable and the location is just beautiful. All the appliances were in excellent condition and there were alot of nice little touches. The deck area is quite large and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course and busy squirrels getting ready for winter. It is very close to the village and an easy walk or bike ride; whichever you prefer. Having the garage was wonderful too, as we stored our canoe and gear without worry of it being outside. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and for being so easy to work with; from making the reservation to responding to my concerns and taking the time to talk with me over the phone. I would highly recommend this Sunriver vacation rental.

  We were skeptical after reading the review. We were able to speak with the owner and were assured that all of the issues had been resolved. We just spent a weekend there in August and were pleased at how clean and cozy it was. We were also very happy with the location, right on the golf course and within walking distance of the village. We will definitely stay there again.

  A recent guest had complained of certain deferred maintenance issues. Immediately we called our guests to discuss in detail what the issues were. As a result, we are making the repairs needed to insure future guests' comfort immediately. We appreciate our guests' input and take all criticisms seriously. The last words of our conversation was that our condo is beautifully appointed on the 10th hole of the main gulf course and truly enjoyed the scenery as well as the closeness to the village and pools.

  I wrote this review a couple of days ago and it has not shown up. I have a feeling there were reviews before me that never showed either! This place is a MESS! Spots on everything, used soap bars in bathroom, torn screen door, old food in cabinets, TV that didn't change channels, dirty deck furniture. If this review is removed again, I will go the next step to find out why this isn't being posted!
