This spacious casita (Spanish for small house) is in a deluxe resort adjacent to the Golf Club at Vistoso. It faces west overlooking the desert and the 17th fairway of a top ranked golf course. This casita is one of the few end-units on the ground floor with windows on three sides facing east, south and west. It also has a covered patio facing west for watching the beautiful sunsets.
This 1,240 square foot air-conditioned casita was built in 1998. The master bedroom has a king-size bed along with a 20" cable TV and DVD player and there is a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has an adjacent full bathroom. In the living room there is a flat-screen 37" cable TV, VCR, stereo AM/FM radio, CD player, iPod dock and cassette player. The kitchen has a dishwasher, range, microwave and refrigerator. This unit also has an answering machine along with a washer and dryer. The Vistoso Resort has gas BBQ grills and club house with exercise equipment. The resort pool and hot tub are just a few steps away.
Enjoy spectacular desert sunsets and the scenic surrounding mountains. The Vistoso Resort is located in the Town of Oro Valley which is a suburb of Tucson. It is 40 minutes north of the Tucson International Airport. Tucson is 90 miles south of Phoenix and 60 miles north of the Mexico border.
