Be among the first to enjoy this Golf Course Front Villa. Newly constructed in August 2007, our Villa has over 1400 square feet of luxury for you to enjoy. It is located on the first floor and is overlooking the eighth hole of the Waikoloa Beach Resort's Beach Golf Course. "The Waikoloa Beach Villas" is a gated community with two pools, hot tubs, BBQ areas, and a fitness center. It's a short walk to Anaeho'omalu Bay Beach, and a two-minute walk to shopping, restaurants, spas, and Hawaiian cultural activities.
You must see our pictures to appreciate the interior beauty of our home. We have spared no expense in making this Villa among the most beautiful in the resort. There are nine-foot ceilings in every room and a feeling of openness and luxury that is difficult to find anywhere else.
The kitchen has custom mahogany cabinetry, granite slab countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make gourmet meals.
We have created a romantic master suite with a king bed. The master bathroom has a huge soaking tub and a separate shower with a gorgeous black pebble floor. There are two spa robes for your enjoyment. The second bedroom is also very comfortable and is decorated with traditional Hawaiian quilts on two twin beds that can be made into one king bed upon request.
Not only is it beautiful, romantic and comfortable, but it is also "child friendly," We have special "Child Amenities" for your little one's to enjoy as well (see the "child amenities" page on our website).
You will also have access to the garage, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach toys, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and rolling cooler. All guest of the Waikoloa Beach Resort will receive discounted golf rates.
Concierge services and on site property managers are available if you need anything during your stay. This will quickly become your "home away from home."

My husband and I stayed here in February 2011 for a much needed vacation on the Big Island. We were cautious about staying in a "resort area", but found this perfect for our needs. The condo is large, beautiful, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and a decent grocery store, while far away enough from the hotels that it has a laid-back air about it. Everything in the condo was spotless, more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchenware was upscale, which I appreciated as we cooked a lot, and furnishings very tasteful. Beds were extremely comfy! And we wound up really appreciating the proximity to the Island's best beaches -- 5 to 30 minute drive to the best ones (you can also walk to "A Beach", which we loved; great swimming & very peaceful. There are good places to eat across the street, but it's also only a 20 minute drive to Waimea, where we had some of the best food of our trip. Really wonderful experience. Beautiful, tasteful condo with all the amenities we needed or could hope for. Perfect for us as a couple, but would be wonderful for a family as well. Thank you for all the wonderful things you have for us to use. We had a wonderful time and my son said “he had the time of his life”. It was his first vacation ever. We loved going to the beach everyday and driving around the island. Your condo is very family friendly and close to all of the things we wanted to do. We would stay here again if given the chance. Your home has been a wonderful location for our family vacation. Our grandson (2yrs) thinks it’s Grandma and Grandpa’s Hawaii house. He loved all the toys, videos, golf on the lawn, and his favorite was Mr. Turtle for floating around the pool. Your home had everything we needed and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. What a fantastic place, we have visited Hawaii several times but this condo is just the best for relaxing. Sunrises over Mauna Kea, and Sunsets over the Bay. Both our kids are older teens who just like to “chill” out on the Lanai or at the pool. Things we did: Sudoku and reading on the Lanai and pool, walks to A-bay to watch sunsets, drive to end of hwy 270 to Polulu Valley, hike down to beautiful black sand beach, snorkeling in Kealakekua Bay, tried to avoid Luau, but kids wanted the experience… Your condo is lovely, Mahalo!

Dear Murphys, we really enjoyed your beautiful condo and how convenient it was for everything we wanted to do. We were even serenaded by a “Willie K” concert going on across the street at the Queens Gardens. We sat in the hot tub, then lounged in the pool chairs while listening to his concert and watching the stars. It’s been a great week and your condo helped make it better.

It is always so incredibly hard to leave the beautiful island of Hawaii, but after staying at your condo, it has made it that much harder! Your extraordinary island oasis far exceeded our expectations and became the envy of the rest of our group. J Thanks so much for allowing my husband and I to call this our “home” for our Big Island stay. The accommodations were “World Class” and definitely beats staying in a hotel. We definitely plan on revisiting the Waikoloa Beach Villas soon. Hawaii has become our annual get away and now that we found you, it makes our trip so much for inviting. For anyone who reads this, we highly recommend the Sunlight on the Water Dolphin Swim. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience and can bring you to tears. Also, check out the Zip Line adventures… such a rush! Once again, Mahalo for making such a spectacular and memorable Hawaiian vacation that much more relaxing. Many thanks.
