Contrada Virle is a spacious, luxury apartment set out over 4 floors.
The downstairs area has private parking and large cantena with a teak dining room table and 8 chairs and a laundry area with Bosch washer and separate dryer and a large sink.
The first floor is an open plan living room and kitchen giving on to a patio balcony and small garden. The kitchen is fully supplied with plates, pots, pans, cutlery, condiments, towels and cleaning materials. There is also a Gaggia Classic espresso machine. The living room has comfortable furniture and chairs seating five. The first floor also has a bathroom with shower cabin, toilet and bidet. There is a DVD player and radio with a USB port for connecting an iPod and a large collection of CDs in the cabinet below.
The second floor is made up of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, hallway and adjacent study room. Both main rooms share a large balcony with uninterrupted views of the the valley and Golf Ca' Degli Olivi. The bed in the master bedroom is a queen size, tropical harwood four-poster. The study room has a computer and SW/LW/FM radio and a collection of books including guides to local osteria and trattoria and a cooking book. Two rattan planters' chairs can be placed on the balcony.
The spacious attic has two large single beds, and a relaxing area with a large TV and a collection of DVDs and VCDs. The attic has natural light from a skylight and a normal window.
The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, a fitted kitchen with oven, grill, 4 gas rings, fridge and freezer. Both bathrooms have showers, toilets and bidets with fittings by Grohe. There is central heating and air-conditioning on all floors. Window/doors allow access to the balconies on two floors and the windows are shuttered, if required.
The apartment is serviced by Domus Secunda, a local company established by the vice-mayoress of Torri del Benaco. Alessandra and Betina both speak fluent Italian, English and German. Domus Secunda will arrange for handover of keys and will arrange for cleaning, including sheets, towels and the making of beds before your arrival. They are available for advice or emergencies during your stay. |
