Our remodeled Tivoli is an upscale, beautifully re-decorated Villa located a few steps from the beach in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Resort.
Sandestin is along the Emerald Coast Parkway five miles from Destin. These beaches are known for their sparklingly clear blue-green waters along the nearly pure white crystal sand as fine as sugar. Locals and guests alike often refer to it as "Sugar Beach." At the “Private beach access the Finz Restaurant is on the beach, often in the summer with a live band performing on the boardwalk as well as others in various parts of the resort during the week.
The Resort is an exclusive, beautiful get-a-way with luscious flowers, shrubs and trees of all sorts, a highly secure fantastic vacation spot for the whole family! You may traverse miles of running, walking, rollerblading, bike riding and Golf Cart trails throughout the resort with a lighted tunnel under the highway for added safety which gives total resort access without being exposed to traffic.
