Comfortable and peaceful colors to focus on relaxation, new Lazyboy recliner thaformer guests insist we keep and an balcony recliner.There are a multitude of sights and eateries in a comprehensive notebook located in the condo. Uncrowded wide beaches are very inviting and relaxing. Taxi service is available and affordable. (All NEW LINENS LATE SUMMER 2011)

This condo is very nice and has the perfect beach front view. The beach is great and not crowded like the big high rises. We stayed a week and look forward to coming back next year.I would highly recommend this condo! The owners were great to do busines with as well.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: Retired and loving it. More time for visiting family and friends and just enjoying the experience of travel - one of our favorite things.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Skye:
We're less than 4 miles from the Florida line - have the same white sand beaches and pay less in property tax than the Florida folks. We are close to shopping - can get to Pensacola or Mobile in just a short while, have excellent restaurants and fun things to do, but it is probably the quietest beach location along the gulf with these amenities. A new Publix just opened .3 of a mile away and there is a new walk-in urgent care there now.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Just sitting on the balcony overlooking the surf - very relaxing. Only 37 1 bedroom units which cuts down on noise and traffic. Close to golf courses - marinas, national seashore parks, less than a mile from deep sea fising launchs. The Naval Museum is about an hour away - an fantastic. If its raining, we have a huge mall about 20 minutes away and an enormous shopping center about an hour away with upscale shops and restaurants. The Wharf is 15 minutes with white linen dining, unique shops, an 8 theater movie, farris wheel, etc. New neighbor Wal-Mart opened in April 2011 - less than 1/2 mile . New Publix grocery and deli - .3 mile.
