Our family of five stayed at this location in October and enjoyed it very much. Nice quiet part of town and well equipped. Very Clean. The owner was very nice to deal with even though she had to wait on us as we got lost walking to the apartment. Once you figure out the right directions it is easy to get to. The vatican gelato place down the street is delicious. My kids would not stop bugging us for gelato the entire trip! It is a little cozy apartment. The most important thing to us is cleanliness and it definitely was clean.

My husband and I had a most enjoyable trip to Italy starting off in Rome. Our flight was late arriving from Canada but fortunately we had made arrangements with the owner to pick us up at the airport and drive us to this wonderful apt. which they kindly did at 1 a.m. in the morning. The location is excellent to visit the sites and within walking distance of the city bus tours, etc. The apt. was well equipped and very clean.

We recently stayed at Terry's apartment and found it wonderful. It had everything we needed, comfortable bed, fully supplied kitchen, internet, and the location was central to everything we wanted to see. Transportation to and from the airport was set up for us and we were met at the apartment by a friend of Terry's who explained everything. There are nearby grocery stores and a metro station as well as a wonderful restaurant which we ate at every night. We loved our stay in Rome and would stay here again.

It was my hubby and I, our three children and my mother in law. All were comfy. She even set up a pack n play for the baby. Everything was VERY clean. And the best part, PARKING!! 4 euros for 8 hours free after 7pm. It's a bargain. Most places you have to do a garage and that can be 25 euros a day. It is two blocks up from the museum entrance and 3 blocks up from a rick steve's restaurant, which we ate at and enjoyed. We will come back!

This is a very nice appartment. Very close to museums of Vatican. Parking nearby is always available. The owner was very helpful. The appartment is very well equipped: there is everything you might need. Very clean, very nice furniture. The only disadvantedge: 1st floor without elevator and with pretty high stairs. Mind it if you travel with a baby.
Owner response:I GIVE THE HOSPITALITY, AT A LOT OF FAMILY WITH CHILDREN, AND THE FAMILY DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely apartment in February while visiting our daughter, who is studying at the University of Rome. The apartment was clean, very nicely decorated and fully supplied with breakfast items. The apartment owner was courteous and also arranged to have a driver available to us, when needed. I highly recommend this apartment!

Our family of four stayed in the apartment in April 2008 and had a very pleasant and positive experience. The description of the amenities and location was very accurate. The furnishings are very comfortable and the appliances very modern. The owner provided necessary supplies, including coffee and other items for breakfast. I highly recommend this apartment.
