Come and enjoy our lovely Masthope vacation home, just recently on the market as a family rental house. A lot of attention has been given to the little things that make this a "vacation house". We feel that your family will truly enjoy your stay.
Masthope as a community, speaks for itself, as it is a true four season vacation area. From skiing on our mountain to swimming in the lake or pools, you cannot make a better choice!
There is a fully equipped gym nearby. There are stables with horse back riding and a petting zoo. The year round lodge provides fun for all ages. There is ping pong, air hockey, pool and a game room. Tennis, paddle ball, basket ball, bocce and shuffle board are available in addition to various activities planned by the community. Swimming lessons are available in July.
There are fall activities, Easter, and New Years Eve festivities and celebrations for Labor Day, Memorial Day, and the 4th of July. Something is planned for every special day even Mother's Day and Father's Day. The excellent restaurant has a banquet room available to rent for parties. Call for more details.
-HOT TUB-
The hot tub is brand new, top of the line, Master Spa LSX with EXTREME THERAPY SEAT and lounge. It seats six total, 85 jets in all. The unit has the best filtration system on the market and it always maintained 100%. Nothing to do but enjoy. An awesome experience any season of the year.
The house provides a warm, relaxing atmosphere after your busy day. Brand new wood burning fireplace and stone wall in the livingroom that is perfect to sit around and create memories. There is always enough wood and fire starter left for your enjoyment. The huge livingroom has eight windows and glass french doors to let in the light and beautiful outside views. Blinds will provide privacy at your convenience. There is a 50" television in the livingroom.
Upstairs has rustic knotty pine walls and ceilings. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the second and third bedrooms have brand new bunk beds. The house sleeps ten. There are three ceiling fans upstairs as well as new Frederick air conditioners in each bedroom and a monster unit in the livingroom/kitchen area. The bathrooms are new with a heat/exhaust unit upstairs.
The kitchen seats 8-10. There is a microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and all the equipment needed to cook up your meals.
Brand new front load washer and dryer machines.
A huge 32X18 foot deck is accessible through a slider in the sitting/reading area. The deck has a hot tub, tv/dvd player, bar sink, refrigerator, ice machine and serving cart. There is a table with four chairs that recline and two sling chase lounge chairs. A towel rack, radio/cd player and blender are some of the extras you will find. You will also be pleased to find that the outside refrigerator will be stocked with beverages. The deck has non-glaring lights and brass tiki torches surrounding it. Of course, the torches are always topped off with fuel and back up fuel is supplied to fire up long nights.
The front deck stretches across the entire length of the house and is also surrounded by tiki torches. There is a stainless steel gas grill with a spot light for night grilling. A table and four chairs, deck box, snack tables and stools suit all your needs.
Unpacking is a breeze when you pull right up to the front deck.
