Our comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath, nicely decorated home is located directly on the beach! Enjoy 6 miles of pristine, soft, white sandy beach - nestled between Ft. Myers and Naples. Far enough away from public beach access to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough to walk to Doc's Beach House 'where the action' is - there you can enjoy a meal, have a drink - or you can rent a jet ski, sailboat, water trike, or go parasailing.
Stroll along one of the best shelling beaches in the country where each tide brings new 'treasures' to the beach. Swimmers will enjoy the warmth of the Gulf where you will find sand dollars in abundance along the shallow sandbar.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (1 king - 1 queen and queen sleeper sofa)- 2 baths with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, washer and dryer, 3 TV's and wireless high speed internet - there is a desktop computer available, or bring your own laptop. You will also find a large screened in balcony where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets, and watch the dolphin and manatee at play.
Downstairs is a 1 bedroom (queen bed and full sofa bed) - 1 bath - with a fully equipped kitchen, dinette, sitting room with pullout sofa bed, washer & dryer, 2 TV's, and a large screened in patio.
Accommodations can be rented together or separately. Perfect for sharing with family or friends - each has it's own private entrance.
Located just 25 mins. SW of Ft. Myers Airport, and minutes from exceptional dining, shopping, golf, fishing, boat rentals, watersports, sightseeing, movie theaters, nature parks, mini golf, and much more.....you won't run out of things to see and do.
Everything is provided for your convenience and enjoyment: bedding, bath and beach towels, sand toys, floats, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, board games, video game player, playing cards, etc....just move in and enjoy!
Take a sunset walk....listen to the sounds of the gentle surf and sea birds overhead. Breathe deeply and let the sea air, sunshine, white sand, and warm waters soothe your soul. It is truly paradise found.

This was our second stay at this great beach house and it was even better than the first. Val continues to add little extras that improve on the house and our stay. Still, the reason we go, and will go again, is that it is a great, clean, comfortable, spacious house in the perfect location with an awesome private "back yard" that will get almost as much use as the beach just beyond.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

Truly a home away from home - every detail was noticed. Loved being able to invite family over after all the wedding festivities for a day at the beach, with everything we could need or want already here for us to use. Great location! Away from crowds, but convenient to shopping & restaurants. The beach is wonderful - clean, quiet, restful, with lots of shells. A beautiful setting! This was an annual girls trip - 4 generations. The house is beautiful, well-stocked & lovely linens. Relaxed on the beach - there was no need to venture any farther. The osprey next door was an obsession for us, while finding the perfect shell took over other peoples lives. Great sunsets! We vacationed on Bonita Beach every summer for 12 years before purchasing this home. We had rented it several times, and knew that we loved the house, beach and location...the decision to purchase on Bonita was an easy one. The beach house is not just an investment property for us, it is our second home. It is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. We take pride in self-managing, maintaining, and cleaning the house ourselves to ensure that it's up to our high standards. We have several wonderful guests that return year after year, and have 100% positive feedback from everyone who has stayed in our home.
