Great family summer and winter condominium in the heart of downtown Winter Park, Colorado. Perfect for families or adults looking for a launch pad to ski/snowboard, mountain/road bike, swim, hike, fish and much more.
The condominium sits just 50 feet from the recreation center. WE HAVE THE CLOSEST BUILDING TO THE REC CENTER. MOST HCH CONDO GUESTS HAVE TO WALK A LONG DISTANCE OR DRIVE TO THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUBS. (THIS IS A VERY BIG DEAL IN THE RAIN (MUDDY) OR THE WINTER WHEN IT'S COLD AND/OR SNOWING.
Our kids (adults too) love the indoor heated pool after a long bike ride, hiking on the beautiful trails or long day of skiing/boarding. Parents can soak in the hot tubs (5 feet from the heated pool) and watch their children having tons of fun. Adults can enjoy two of the four hot tubs in a private room away from the main pool area. Afterwards, playing pool or air hockey adds to the day of fun.
Our corner unit, top level condominium has a great view of the mountains and covered deck area for those apres-whatever happy hours. In addition, Winter Park's most popular restaurant, Hernando's Pizza and Pasta is just a five minute walk. Next to Hernando's is a great family burger joint, an Irish pub, steak house and brewery. Too many great places to list.
The condominium can sleep four in beds (one queen and twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom) plus two on the sofa sleeper or queen-size blow-up aerobed (very comfy). Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking appliances, utensils and spices for just about any meal. Cable TV's with DVD player in living room and master bedroom, small dvd viewing unit in 2nd bedroom, and full stereo system included for your entertainment.
Basically, the condo has all the amenities a family or adults could want. The convenience factor over many other condos is tremendous.
HCH has one of the very few indoor heated pools and hot tubs in Winter Park. Not only that, our condo is closest to the Rec Center...which is a BIG DEAL...believe us.

- Condo is the closest bldg to the recreation center with pools and hot tubs. We are only 50ft or so from the rec center which has, in addition to the indoor heated pool and four hot tubs, a game room with air hockey, pool tables, tv and video games), laundry facility, large pavillion for bbq's (bbq & smoker provided) and a playground for the kids.
