This fabulous house overlooks a pond, open fields and woodland to the rear and is situated within a small gated community, just a 10-15 minute walk to local shops & eateries including Target & Publix, Waffle House, Applebees, Dennys, McDonalds, Wendys & Panda Express amongst many others.

This 2005 built 2 storey house is in a small Gated Development at the end of Seven Dwarfs Lane, only 10 miles from Disney's main gate and is located just off the US192 (between location markers 12 & 13) where you can find everything that you would need as well as providing easy access to all of the attractions.

The private owners use this house as their own vacation home and are pleased to make it available to other visitors to the area when they are not using it themselves.

Access to all attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Epcot, SeaWorld and Medieval Times is very easy as is access to both Orlando International and Sandford airports, Kissimmee Old Town, Downtown Kissimmee, International Drive, the Beltz Outlet Mall, many other factory outlets and shopping malls, two large WalMart stores, numerous golf courses, and many restaurants offering various types of cuisine.

As well as the owners, many happy families from all over the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe have used this property as their vacation home and many will return on a regular basis to enjoy the comfortable accommodation and the peaceful location with its tranquil backdrop that you can enjoy even whilst in the screened pool.THE POOL CAN BE HEATED but will incur an aditional charge.
There is an additional charge for cleaning costs where the stay is less than 6 nights.

This place is simply the best! very spacious and extremely clean, this house makes you feel as if your sitting in your own home-the only difference for me was it was 85 degrees there and snowing back home! i would recommend this house to anyone who asked. the owners were terrific to deal with and they were available on the drop of a dime. a 5 star rating would not do this house justice-it would be more like a 10 star!   • WOW , what a great house , my family rented it for 10 days and it could not have been a more ideal spot . Great spot for the kids ( Disney just up the street ) Great for us adults ( shopping at the main strip ( at end of street ) Loved the location of the house as it backed on a pond so it was more private than other homes , and YES we did hear the gators in the pond . ( though they didnt come near the house ) It was exciting . Hope to see you again next year . Sincerely Pat Wende and family

It has been a great stay, weather was 90 Degrees every day. Rained for the first 5 days but only for a couple of hours which was alright as it broke up the heat. Disney was great, Sea Worl fantastic. We thank you so much Keith + Linda for your hospitality in staying in your beautiful ome. We missed a lot (as there is too much to do in 10 days) so we have decided we will be coming back to stay with you again.
