We were 8 danish golfers that enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We would recommend this villa for all our golfing friends in Denmark. Perfect placed among of lot of fantastic golf courses.

This villa is fantastic. Close to everything, specially for us 8 danish golfers, who liked to play golf every day. Nothing was missing in this villa and the heated pool was a must every day we went home from golfing. But i could imagine, that it would be perfect for visiting Disney too, while we only had 20 minutes to the Disney golf courses. Close to (5 min) a Wallmart, which we knew from our earlier stays in Kissimmee. If we go to Kissimmee one more time, we would absolutely choose the villa from Linda & Keith in the Hamlet Lane.

Just a quick note to thank you for a fabulous place to stay for our vacation!!! We had a great time, and everything was very nice. Only 2 minor "concerns" we found (but they were really no big deal, and certainly not worth a bothersome phone call or email, we're "grown-ups" and can handle a couple tiny little imperfections ?), Other than that, we absolutely LOVED your place, and hope that you (well, your local rep) found the place neater after we left than when we arrived. That's always my goal, I'm kind-of a clean freak! I washed/dried the last load of towels Monday morning before our super-early departure, and put bleach in the toilet a couple times throughout the week when I found the ring to be "growing", etc. We'll be contacting you again when we want to take another adventure towards the great land of Mickey Mouse! Oh, and the pool was PERFECT!

My family and I have just returned from a stay at this wonderful home. We were 6 adults and this house gave us plenty of room to spread out. The owner was easy to deal with and prompt in answering questions or concerns. The pool was lovely to return to after a long day at the parks. The community was small and secluded and the gated access made us feel secure. We will definitely look up this property again when next planning a trip to Orlando and will recommend it to friends as well. In fact we've already talked about how this home would still suit us if there are babies/small children along on the next trip as our family expands. Thanks for much for a great vacation!

We have just returned from a week-long stay at this wonderful vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The extra space was just what we needed to relax. And the pool was perfect after a long, hot day at the parks. The travel time to the parks was short and the home was close to shopping, dining, and anything else we wanted to do. The owner was easy to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiry. I would recommend this house to anyone and will definitely look here first when returning to Orlando.

Beautiful & relaxing home

We rented this home in May, 2011. It is a beautiful gated community requiring a code to get in. Keith was very helpful, as well as Muriel Fisher, the property manager. The home was beautifully decorated. The pool area was where we spent most of our time & was very relaxing. There is not much parking space, so make sure that you read the HOA signs when entering the gate and follow all of the HOA regulations regarding parking. We did take 2 automobiles with us. I would highly recommend Keith & his property for anyone. This property is one of the best in Kissimmee, especially for the price. It is pretty close to everything. We went to Sea World, Aquatica & Busch Gardens while there and it did not take us long to get to anything. Thank you, Keith & Muriel for making our trip a memorable one!

The house was better than we thought. Very big and spacious. Lovely community. Very easy to find. Extremely clean. Smelled good too. The pool man came to clean and check chemicals. He was very friendly. All items on the checklist were present & undamaged Everything was wonderful/ Love how close house is to everything. Thank you again.

The process from renting the property, to arriving was straight forward. The owners were great when emailed questions. The property was as described, and superb value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend this rental and for future vacations will be the 1st property I look at, although based on the rates this property will be taken quickly. Thanks to the owners for not only letting us rent their wonderful property, but for going above and beyond by mailing a toy my son had buried in the sofa and was missing once we got home. Thanks for aiding making our vacation an amazing trip.

What a great spot! The house was fantastic. There was a group of 2 families sharing this house and it was large enough that you if you needed privacy and quiet, you could get it. Everything was in working order, except that one of the bedroom doors were locked and weren't advised ahead of time that not all 5 bedrooms were going to be available and when we asked about it, we were informed that it's because we weren't paying to use the extra room. We had understood when we rented a 5-bedroom house, that all the rooms would be available for use. The house was a short drive away from the local Publix store, which was convenient for us as we ate most of our meals at the house. The cleaners don't do a great job on the floors, they were quite dirty in places. The pool was fantastic. This house was great for us with 2 young children. Thank you for letting us stay and for the opportunity to provide feedback. We would certainly return.

Owner response:Thanks for your feedback, sorry that we were not clearer about the bedroom availability. For clarity, the allotment of the number of rooms needed is based on the number of guests listed in the party. We use independant cleaners and they charge on the basis of how many bedrooms that are unlocked and they therefore deem are in need of cleaning. For that reason we lock off rooms that are not required for sleeping purposes (why else would it need to be open) so that we can keep cleaning costs down and ultimately keep the rental fee to a minimum for which our guests have always appreciated. We have never had any previous guests queery this but now that you have done so we have updated our booking terms, conditions & confirmations. Indeed, our guests have always appreciated that our rental fees are the most competitive for the accommodation on offer in the area and that is why we get some guests that return year on year. Thanks for the feedback about the floor cleaning as well, this certainly is not a comment that we have had before and we will look into the cause, hopefully there was an extrordinary reason as to why this happened. Keith & Linda- The O'Brien family would like to THANK YOU for the use of your home, we had an awesome time. Everyone had a great time using the pool and we did take advantage of it everyday, it was a great perk! We took in Disney,Wet and Wild waterpark and some of us took in the Kennedy Space Center while others soaked up the rays at Cocoa Beach. We ate at home every night which was a huge money saver and the kids enjoyed the "spanish" version of monoploy. We had a wonderful family vacation and will recommend your home to our friends and family. (several have asked already!) Thanks again, we will be back sometime in the future, I can hear the Florida sunshine calling me already.

My parents loved the downstairs bedroom. However, when we arrived at the house my mother almost slipped and broke her neck because the floor was still very very wet. Their were damp towels in the dryer.The house got so hot. My daughter, who was six months old at the time, has asthma and the heat kept her wheezing all night. We called the owners of the house and they were so upset and rude. I panicked because I didn't know who else to call. He told me very rudely to look up the management company and call them for help. We called and got the answering machine. We left messages but no one came. The owners said that they put a lock on the thernostat. The air was on 80 degrees. My husband refused to let our daughter suffer and he took off the lock to adjust the heat. They accused us of opening a closet that is in the master closet. The cleaning lady said we left the house a mess. The checkout time was 11am and thats what time we were out, but the maid said we left an hour late. Finally when I sent the email asking for my deposit in May the owner said he emailed me on April 5th. I had received no emails from him at all. My family and I stay in Florida every year in rental homes and we have never ever ever had a complaint about the state of the house. This has made me weary. I will take pictures when I arrive and when I leave. Needless to say they kept the deposit which is no big deal I figured they must have needed it.

Hello Keith We had a wonderful trip from Dec 21-30 while staying at your beautiful home in Kissimmee. Everything was just perfect with the house and we really enjoyed the pool. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to use the pool even on the cooler evenings. The fact the pool was non-chlorinated was also a plus. WOW , what a great house , my family rented it for 10 days and it could not have been a more ideal spot . Great spot for the kids ( Disney just up the street ) Great for us adults ( shopping at the main strip ( at end of street ) Loved the location of the house as it backed on a pond so it was more private than other homes , and YES we did hear the gators in the pond .
