Two blocks from the most beautiful and clean beach in Oregon! The house was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. Totally comfortable and cozy. Beds were very comfortable too! Kitchen had everything we needed, there were games and cards to play as well as cable TV. We drove to Cannon Beach a half hour north as well as to other small towns along the way to sightsee. Arrangements for renting were handled easily with quick responses to our questions. Thank you Dave. I would highly recommend this property. My grown children who came with us thought it was the nicest rental of all the beach houses we have rented. Great getaway in a quiet neighborhood!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, pet owners.

Four of us stayed at the beach house and had a wonderful time. Coffee on the deck each morning, Walked to the beach each morning and evening. Used the the BBQ one of the evenings, and had smores over the campfire (in the fire ring) a couple of nights. This house is well kept, comfortable, clean, and provides a convienent location for short trips up and down the coast from Cape Meares to Manzanita. There are many good places to eat and shop and enjoy sight seeing within ten to thirty minutes drive time from this house. I would recommend it for the good value regarding lodging cost.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Let me start off with "AWESOME" place....at 1st we were a little sceptical about the rental with all the scams going on..but after checking VRBO out & chatting with the owners we decided to give it a shot & VERY glad we did...the place was very clean..the home is located on a very Quite secluded lot.. all the rooms were good sized ..the beds were comfortable..had a very nice living room with wood stove..very nice kitchen...it was a very relaxing to come back from a long day sight seeing & playing on the beach to a really nice house instead of a small crampy motel room...I have already told several of my friends about the Kruse home & also about VRBO & look forward to out next stay...Thanks to the Kruses for letting us share & enjoy your wonderful beach homeRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

The Coho was everything we hoped for and more. I rented this house for my kids to stay in during their visit from Boise Idaho. I/we were pleasantly surprised at how warm and inviting the house is...all the ammenities that were included were just great as the kids couldn't bring shampoo, etc, on the flight over. The sounds of the ocean make it so peaceful and relaxing. Anyone wanting a warm relaxing getaway should consider the Coho. The owner was great to deal with and made our first vacation rental an easy and pleasurable experience. I look forward to our next time at the coho.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed here 3 nights in the summer. The house is very roomy with plenty of beds and room in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked and the owner even provided sand toys, blankets for the beach and other amenities. The location is a few minutes walk from a very quiet beach and a few minutes drive into town where there are several stores and restaurants. We recommend staying here with a family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: Welcome to the Coho Beach House. Our family loved going to the beach for fishing and crabbing and we decided to buy this home in the Nedona Beach neighborhood in the summer of 2007. We have completely renovated the house over the last 5 years and every year make improvements so other families enjoy their stay at our house as well.
Why the Owner Chose Rockaway Beach:
We loved the town of Rockaway. When we were looking for a vacation home in the town of Rockaway two things stuck out about this particular home. The house is located on David Street, which is my name and the cross street was named Rylie, our daughters name. The home is located in a small community of homes that make the place very quiet and a great place to take the family.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Wonderful beach access, two blocks and great for families with small kids.
