Our secluded new 1900 sq. ft. spacious golf vacation home is located in the private gated community of The Village at Grand Valley, overlooking the 7th fairway.
Not only will you have the serene mountain vistas, but you also have the beautiful Grand Valley Golf Course to gaze at, from your back patio. This desert paradise offers everything you could ask for, as much or as little activity as you choose.
Our home is tastefully decorated in a new rustic decor. Home sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably. Front room is furnished is old world leather couches and a entertainment center, offering a 50" plasma and sound system. Adjoining dining room sits 6 at table with 3 at the bar. Kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessities and utensils you would need to create a gourment meal or a late night snack, just bring the food. Appliances are all new and fit comfortably in the modern stainless steel kitchen. If BBQ is more to your liking, enjoy cooking and entertaing on the large covered patio with a table for six. Master bedroom offers a king size bed, seeley plush series, with adjoining bath and large walk in closet, 2nd room offers a queen bed, seeley plush series, with shared bath. 3rd bed or den has a futon with desk, and T.V. for playing movies..
Our home is located in the Casa Grande area in a small town called Eloy, which lies in the Santa Cruz River Valley. Easy access off of I10, just 45 minutes South of Phoenix or 45 minutes North of Tucson.

Why the Owner Chose Eloy
Love the location - have easy access to major highways, so we can be in Tucson or Phoenix, within 45 minutes - but located in a quiet, cozy, gated subdivision - with plenty of golf courses in the area that fit our budget, since Bob golfs as much as possible. Tucson & Phoenix can be costly.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Beautiful sunsets & sunrises - peaceful, queit neighborhood. Where everybody looks out for one another. An enclosed patio that looks out at the 7th fairway, love to spend time watching golfers when not golfing.
