  This is my second year coming to the condo. We have been able to cook our meals with the supplies provided. It is very comfortable and room for 6 easy. It is a short walk to the ocean which is beautiful at this location. The pool on the roof is very well mantained and nice views of the ocean from the roof. I would recommend this property to others, its location is great. We were able to walk to most of the locations we wanted to go. Very friendly building, met lots of the other guests.

  My stay at the property was wonderful, as advertised. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was okay and that everything was as promised. The staff at the Meridan was responsive and immediate. The pool areas and common areas were always immaculate and well tended. The proximity to the beach and 5th avenue was great, and the condo provided everything that is needed for a vacation that was relaxing and refreshing. I would definitely stay there again for future trips to Playa Del Carmen, and would recommend it to anyone.

  This place has it all. You could not ask for an affordable place and the great location like this place. The owner had everything in the kitchen that you required to cook including a slow cooker. The condo is only a 5 min walk from the beach and the owner had beach chairs, umbrellas and even ice coolers so that you were well prepared to hit the beach for the day. I highly recommend this location and would go back and rent here in a heartbeat.

  We are a family of five. The kids are 6,4 and 3 months. The location is excellent, very close to the most beautiful part of the beach, and close to fifth avenue too. A little too far to grocery shopping (5 minutes can ride). On Calle 40 there are two excellent seafood restaurants just a minute from the apartment, and in one of them (Pirata) you can buy fish and shellfish if you wanna cook home. Fantastic, don't forget that! The complex is very nice and people are very friendly. The manager and maintenance and security guys are all very helpful and friendly. The pool area on the roof is tidy, clean and enjoyable. Our kids loved it. Nu shade though. The condo itself is functional, spacey and nice in general. We would though appreciate more a dishwasher machine than three bathrooms. And we would also appreciate som cleaning service. I'm sure there is, and that we could have gotten the contact info if we asked, but we didn't. 10 days without proper cleaning gets... Not so nice. The Mexican standard setup with kitchen/living room and separate bedrooms are really nice. All rooms are separately air conditioned, which is nice. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and we also very much appreciated all communication with the owner, which was all simple and smooth. He even accepted credit cards :) Go there!

  This two bedroom condo fit our needs to a tee. Very clean and well kept. It is well stocked with all the housekeeping things that we needed as far as linens, kitchen appliances, pots and pans etc. Close to the beach and in a quite neighborhood. Easy access to 5th ave, grocery stores and restaurants. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We packed LITE!! The rooftop pool was refreshing. Having an onsite manintenance man was very helpful. It was truly "our home" while staying in Playa del Carmen. Walmart is a great place to buy our groceries if you plan to do some cooking. If you need a few things, Bananas grocery is just up the street. We took a cab to Akumal to snorkel at Yal-Ku bay. We highly recommend it. We saw many fish. The beach is great for swimming and taking long walks. The turquoise waters are very inviting. We highly recommend this condo as your next vacation rental in Playa del Carmen.

  WE spent 10 fine days at Ernie's place and was very comfortable. It has everything 2 or more could need, laundry, full kitchen 3 bathrooms, plenty of beds and beach chairs,umbrella, snorkel gear, coolers etc... and clean. Close to a great beach and 5th Ave.. but quiet. We hope to come back again and again! If your looking for great accomodations at a reasonable price, look no further!

  Hello Ernie. We had a great time at your condo. It was as expected and as shown. It was clean, well stocked and easy to take care of. We enjoyed our week by going to the beach every day - the weather was fantastic - and by returning to our favourite restaurants (Pummarello, Origines, El Fogon, Babes Noodle Bar), all within walking distance. We took long walks on the beach - it is fabulous. The condo has lots of beach chairs and an umbrella. Any maintenance questions were promptly answered by the Property Manager. He and his staff were extremely helpful. We would recommend your condo to anyone wanting to vacation in Playa del Carmen. This complex is well situated, between the beach and the north end of 5th Avenue. Close enough to walk everywhere (no vehicle needed) and far enough that it is quiet at night. Many thanks again.   My three friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was clean with comfortable beds and in a quiet location within walking distance to the centre of the famous 5th Ave. The pool was also very clean with a view of the sea, a great place to relax. The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions and the photos were exactly as advertised. Even though we feel it is in a safe location we felt especially safe being on the second floor and with friendly security guys at the doors at night. We would highly recommend staying here. Our only regret was that we didn't book for a longer stay.
