This listing, here, is dedicated to the 2008 season.


Offered for the first time, for 2008, the upper Prowhouse Suite, with its twelve windows capturing the finest, unobstructed, panorama of the entrance to Kachemak Bay. Its architecturally elegant exterior, is perfectly matched with its graceful interior design for 1100 square feet of comfortable living space.The bright engineered white oak floor in the LR reflects well under the huge windows in the summer light. High grade laminate floors cover the rest of the unit.
This unit also provides two, flatscreen Sat TV's (HBO+ included) - a 46" beauty in the living room and a matching 37" littler one for the Master Bedroom or Dining Area.
The furnishings are impeccable. A beige, cushy, leather sofa, love-seat and chair. Rich wood and tiled, expandable,dining table; tasteful oriental scatter rugs; then, the perfect kitchen.

There is the unique fishing hole, on the Spit, where Silver Salmon fry are regularly released and come back in droves, every year, seeking their birthplace yet destined to be caught on lure, fly, herring bait, spoon--or whatever hairy, shiny, wiggly or cute little thing you can attach
