This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home (approximately 2,000 sq. ft.) is only 9 minutes from fast water and has a large U-Shaped Dock for your boats and Jet Ski/wave runners to park. What is so great about this home is all the views of the water from many rooms of this home, not to mention the efficiency this home has. This home can accommodate 7 people in beds comfortably and an additional 6 persons on 2 air mattresses & 1 floor mattress comfortably. If you love the outdoors for dining, fishing, hot tubing, BBQ’ing, playing on the water, or just laying on the deck’s lounge chairs or grass area, then this home is perfect for you. The oversized deck is equipped with a misting system for those who like to keep cool outdoors. The deck faces South so you will not have the direct afternoon sun exposure interfering with your lounge time on the outdoor patio area. The deck material is made of Trex-plex (so no splinters!). There are several floating water toys in the garage for your enjoyment. There is an electric air pump there as well. The kitchen is fully equipped for the cook in your family. There is an additional refrigerator in the garage for that extra needed food refrigeration space. After a full day outside or on the water, you can retire inside and enjoy a DVD movie on the 50” TV or watch the big game with your friends. There are several board games, poker chips, cards, chess, backgammon games, books, magazines, remote control boat, and VHS movies available for your use... (VHS player in the kitchen TV & Master Bedroom TV). DVD Player on Family Room TV. There are several other amenities in the area for your convenience such as a shopping center with Safeway, Longs Drugs, Starbucks, Blockbuster Video, McDonald’s, U.S. Post Office, Ortega Mexican Food, Pizza Hut, Sushi, Restaurant at the Yacht Harbor and an awesome steakhouse near the entrance to Discovery Bay as well as other various shops at the Yacht Harbor and neighboring shopping centers.
