Looking for that special place for your honeymoon or romantic getaway? For those very special occasions, or simply a fabulous Paris vacation, think about renting our air-conditioned Fleurie honeymoon apartment in Paris! This beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is a spacious 675 square feet and features an unforgettable view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room. A number of our guests have 'popped the question' with candles and champagne at sunset or spent their honeymoon and anniversaries with us, but it can also provide memories of a lifetime for two couples or a family of four.
The location of our Fleurie honeymoon apartment in Paris is superb, in the heart of the Left Bank in the 7th arrondissement, only blocks from the romantic Seine river and the famous rue Cler market street. Close by are the Invalides, new Museum of Ethnic Arts, Trocadero, Four Seasons George V, and the famous Triangle d'Or of designer shopping, and it’s only a short walk to blvd. St. Germain and the Latin Quarter.
Located in a fine Art Deco building, our 5th-floor honeymoon apartment in Paris(6th American, with elevator) has a large entryway with the dining and living room straight ahead. The living room has an art deco feel with some beautiful rosewood art deco pieces that we were lucky to find blending beautifully with comfortable modern seating for the utmost in comfort and style. Two chocolate suede armchairs face a beautiful beige sofa imported from Italy that easily converts into two separate and very comfortable twin beds at night.
Find a rosewood partners desk in the left corner of the living room where you can download emails from our free-high-speed adsl line. Or simply relax with a glass of wine in the company of good friends and enjoy the spectacular view from the large living room window. It’s no wonder Tom Cruise proposed to Katie Holmes on the second level of the Eiffel Tower, but you can have it even better as you enjoy a candle-lit champagne toast of your special moment with the entire twinkling tower filling your view!
The dining table at the back of the room can comfortably seat six, and there are large closets on the back wall for plenty of storage space. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen plasma TV with dual-standard DVD player and a CD player with radio.
Walk down the long corridor of our honeymoon apartment in Paris to find the large art deco-style kitchen on your right. Stylishly Parisian, the cream-colored cabinets with rounded corners have been restored and modern appliances have been installed. With its loads of counter space and a large window overlooking the courtyard, it’s a delight to prepare meals from your visits to the many local markets nearby. The 7th arrondissement has more open markets than any other arrondissement in Paris, making it a real treat to live life as the Parisians do.
Continue down the hall to find the toilet with sink on your left; convenient to both the living room and bedroom, it also provides extra ‘getting ready’ room.
Straight ahead is the large and dramatic master bedroom of our honeymoon apartment in Paris. It features an oversized window that looks out over a quiet inner courtyard and lets the sun stream in during the morning (but don't worry — the beautiful silk curtains have blackout lining). The queen-size bed has a Sealy Posturepaedic Pillowtop® mattress, and the antique cherry wood headboard adds a special touch. The antique dresser is from Normandy, and the newly upholstered daybed dates from Napoleon III. Topped off with a crystal chandelier and mauve and pale green tones, it’s a great room to lounge in — very restful and pretty.
The master bathroom of our honeymoon apartment in Paris is next; with a full-size bathtub and flexible showerhead, double sinks, and an 80-gallon hot water tank. The washer and dryer are in the closet next to the bathroom.
There is loads of storage space with a walk-in closet next to the master bath and closets in the dining area and hallway.
Our guests tell us this is the most comfortable honeymoon apartment in Paris they have ever stayed in and we think you will agree!
And we go the extra mile to ensure your total comfort. Well before you arrive you'll receive an information packet to familiarize you with the apartment and the neighborhood. Just prior to your arrival the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned by our cleaning staff that is trained to our exacting standards, and our maintenance team will ensure everything is in working order. You'll be met at the door by one of our English-speaking greeters to explain how all of the appliances operate and answer any questions you may have, and our on-site English-speaking management team will be available to you 7 days a week should you encounter any difficulties. On-site management and services like these may not be obvious when you shop and compare for a honeymoon apartment in Paris, but they can make all the difference in your stay.
Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can help.

Most Romantic Hideaway in Paris; Left Bank Air Con, River!
Year Purchased: 2006
Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 6
We tried many Paris neighborhoods over the years and found that living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.

I am American and met my husband Philippe in Paris, who was a cardiac surgeon practicing on a well known team. We bought our first apartment in Paris and our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our Paris apartment rentals business began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!

“Apt exactly as described. Beautiful decor, convenient location, clean, large, comfortable for family, quiet. Not close to metro but very close to bus line taking you to most major sites easiky. It was great niegjbothood for strolling and soaking up atmosphere. Paris Perfect had a greeter meet us and show the apt and answer any questions. We called once when we couldn't figure out how to use tv and someone came right to the apt to help- excellent service. They recommended a taxi service from sirport that was very efficient and reliable. The little extras like that made our stay perfect."

"Our two sons, my husband and I could not have been happier with our lodging choice while staying in Paris. The apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated and very close to many area attractions we walked to. We will certainly stay at Sancerre if we return to Paris in the future.. Thank you for a wonderful Paris stay! We will hold fond memories of our trip and enjoyed celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary in the City of Lights."

"My family of four stayed at Fleurie for 6 days in June. The ParisPerfect people could not have been more accommodating or more thorough in making this easy - from suggestions/guidance on preparing for the trip, where to eat, what to see, where to shop, to helping with transportation to and from the airport/train station, etc. This apartment was ideal for my family, with close proximity to Eiffel and surrounding sites (basically most things were walkable - good excuse to walk off some of the calories from the excellent food), and with Metro just up the street. The apartment has one roomy bedroom - the kids slept on a generous pullout in the living room, but how cool is it to go to sleep with a view of the Eiffel tower lit up outside the window. Fleurie was well furnished, with everything we needed for our comfort, as well as everything to prepare our own meals, do some laundry (incredibly useful since we had been traveling prior to Paris), do some planning with the free WiFi, and basically to enjoy Paris. The neighborhood felt very secure, and was well positioned for site-seeing, dining out, morning pastries, shopping (the proximity to Rue Cler was particularly useful), and as a base for exploring farther afield. We considered the ParisPerfect apartment a great value compared to other options (e.g. hotels where we probably would have had to reserve 2 rooms to accommodate our family) and would not hesitate to do the same on future trips. Highly recommended."

"I actually had intended to write sooner to let your staff know that the cab driver I found on Rue St. Dominique the day we left got us to the airport on time for our flight in spite of the music festival. Thank you to the office staff for their concern and helpful suggestions when Victor's driver could not get through the traffic to pick us up. We loved our Paris Perfect Fleurie apartment! The location was wonderful with 2 of our favorite restaurants right around the corner and the Eiffel Tower so close by. The apartment itself was lovely and beautifully clean. Your staff could not have been more helpful and kind. All in all, Paris Perfect helped make our trip to Paris most enjoyable. I have already recommended you to anyone I know who is even thinking of going to Paris in the future."

" This was our first experience of staying in an apartment rather than a hotel in Paris. Although rather more expensive we found the extra space and facilities more than made up for the cost. Everything was there and the location was ideal - we did not eat in too much as there are so many good cafes and restaurants nearby but it was also very convenient to local shops for those times we did want to have a light meal 'at home'. This particular apartment is very close to the PP office so not too far to take the luggage. After our stay in Fleurie we were travelling outside Paris for a couple of weeks and had arranged to move into another PP apartment 'Nuits de St George' on our return. Overall, an excellent place to stay."

"April in Paris! It was simply magical! Everyday and evening was warm and everyone was enjoying the wonderful weather. We loved exploring our neighborhood and especially food shopping along Rue Cler. The best treat at the end of each day was returning to our Fleurie apartment. It was spacious and relaxing and each evening we looked forward to the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. Thank you Paris Perfect!"

"Fluerie location was perfect in the 7th district. The neighborhood is so much fun with nice restaurants and shopping close to the department. My wife is very picky about accommodations but she was happy with Fluerie. The size of the apartment was not too small and my son could sleep over during our visit in the sofa bed. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice. We would select this apartment again. "

Everything was as described or better --- roomy layout, elegant and comfortable furnishings, great kitchen with nice appliances ----- everything spotless and working well. The building itself was also very nice --- clean and secure. The neighborhood --- Avemue Rapp and Rue Saint-Dominique was great for all our needs. Wonderful food shopping, and buses on the corner. I would rent a Paris Perfect apartment again when I return to Paris."

"Fleurie was a lovely and comfortable apartment with plenty of space for the two of us. It is a little larger than it appears on the website. Had a great view of Eiffel Tower from our living room double window. Kitchen was roomy and well appointed for cooking, which we did 3 nights, shopping like a Parisian at the Rue Cler market which is nearby. Nespresso machine was addicting! Many great restaurants within a few blocks (3 Christian Constant restaurants, which were fabulous) as well as boulangeries and patisseries for bread and baked goods every morning. Bed and bath rooms were lovely and comfortable. It was everything we wanted, and the Paris Perfect staff were immensely helpful. Your guidebook was a very valuable reference. Your recommended personal tour guides were fabulous! We will definitely be coming back to Paris and to Paris Perfect for our accomdations. Thanks for helping make our trip a lovely and memorable experience."
