Looking for that special place for your honeymoon or romantic getaway? For those very special occasions, or simply a fabulous Paris vacation, think about renting our air-conditioned honeymoon apartment in Paris! This beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath apartment is a spacious 675 square feet and features an unforgettable view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room. A number of our guests have 'popped the question' with candles and champagne at sunset or spent their honeymoon and anniversaries with us, but it can also provide memories of a lifetime for two couples or a family of four.
The location of our honeymoon apartment in Paris is superb, in the heart of the Left Bank in the 7th arrondissement, only blocks from the romantic Seine river and the famous rue Cler market street. Close by are the Invalides, new Museum of Ethnic Arts, Trocadero, Four Seasons George V, and the famous Triangle d'Or of designer shopping, and it’s only a short walk to blvd. St. Germain and the Latin Quarter.
Located in a fine Art Deco building, our 5th-floor honeymoon apartment in Paris(6th American, with elevator) has a large entryway with the dining and living room straight ahead. The living room has an art deco feel with some beautiful rosewood art deco pieces that we were lucky to find blending beautifully with comfortable modern seating for the utmost in comfort and style. Two chocolate suede armchairs face a beautiful beige sofa imported from Italy that easily converts into two separate and very comfortable twin beds at night.
Find a rosewood partners desk in the left corner of the living room where you can download emails from our free-high-speed adsl line. Or simply relax with a glass of wine in the company of good friends and enjoy the spectacular view from the large living room window. It’s no wonder Tom Cruise proposed to Katie Holmes on the second level of the Eiffel Tower, but you can have it even better as you enjoy a candle-lit champagne toast of your special moment with the entire twinkling tower filling your view!
The dining table at the back of the room can comfortably seat six, and there are large closets on the back wall for plenty of storage space. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen plasma TV with dual-standard DVD player and a CD player with radio.
Walk down the long corridor of our honeymoon apartment in Paris to find the large art deco-style kitchen on your right. Stylishly Parisian, the cream-colored cabinets with rounded corners have been restored and modern appliances have been installed. With its loads of counter space and a large window overlooking the courtyard, it’s a delight to prepare meals from your visits to the many local markets nearby. The 7th arrondissement has more open markets than any other arrondissement in Paris, making it a real treat to live life as the Parisians do.
Continue down the hall to find the toilet with sink on your left; convenient to both the living room and bedroom, it also provides extra ‘getting ready’ room.
Straight ahead is the large and dramatic master bedroom of our honeymoon apartment in Paris. It features an oversized window that looks out over a quiet inner courtyard and lets the sun stream in during the morning (but don't worry — the beautiful silk curtains have blackout lining). The queen-size bed has a Sealy Posturepaedic Pillowtop® mattress, and the antique cherry wood headboard adds a special touch. The antique dresser is from Normandy, and the newly upholstered daybed dates from Napoleon III. Topped off with a crystal chandelier and mauve and pale green tones, it’s a great room to lounge in — very restful and pretty.
The master bathroom of our honeymoon apartment in Paris is next; with a full-size bathtub and flexible showerhead, double sinks, and an 80-gallon hot water tank. The washer and dryer are in the closet next to the bathroom.
There is loads of storage space with a walk-in closet next to the master bath and closets in the dining area and hallway.
Our guests tell us this is the most comfortable honeymoon apartment in Paris they have ever stayed in and we think you will agree!
And we go the extra mile to ensure your total comfort. Well before you arrive you'll receive an information packet to familiarize you with the apartment and the neighborhood. Just prior to your arrival the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned by our cleaning staff that is trained to our exacting standards, and our maintenance team will ensure everything is in working order. You'll be met at the door by one of our English-speaking greeters to explain how all of the appliances operate and answer any questions you may have, and our on-site English-speaking management team will be available to you 7 days a week should you encounter any difficulties. On-site management and services like these may not be obvious when you shop and compare for a honeymoon apartment in Paris, but they can make all the difference in your stay.
Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can help.

We stayed two weeks in Paris in 2/2013 - one week in "Romanie" with friends and one week in "Fleurie" by ourselves. Both were great experiences but Fleurie was a very special and beautiful apartment. My wife is an interior designer and she loved it. Great location in the 7th arrondissement - wonderful neighborhood and one block from Eiffel Tower, Seine and Metro. Wonderful walking. Museums in easy striking distance. Everything you would want. We felt real Parisienne! Enthusiastically recommend it.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at the lovely Fleurie apartment in December. What a joy it was to enter such a clean, warm, homely apartment in the mid of winter. I’ve stayed in Paris a couple of times before but have never experienced this painless, effortless process from the renting arrangements to the arrival and check-in to the apartment, through to the last magnificent day in Paris. What a priviledge it was to spend delightful days in this wonderful city and then retire at the end of the day, with my feet up, enjoying a glass of wine while snacking on my favourite baguettes and cheeses (bought from rue Cler of course!). The Fleurie is beautiful and super romantic. There was more than enough living space and storage space, we felt right at home from the first moment and didn’t lack a thing throughout our stay. The Champ de Mars brasserie across the street, along with the boulangerie, wine shop and the supermarket in rue St. Dominique (right around the corner) became our favourite hang-outs! I am most grateful to Paris Perfect for their fantastic service - I will certainly return at the drop of a hat.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The Paris Perfect team gave us first class service. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The location was great. PP leaves a handbook in the apartment with all sorts of helpful information and recommendations. The neighborhood shopping and restaurants are excellent. I would recommend restaurant reservations. The restaurants are small and fill up around 7:30 PM. We didn't cook in for dinners, but between the grocery stores that are close by, a well stocked butcher and bakery around the corner, and of course the shops on the Rue Cler, you can get all that you need for dinner at home. The two delis on Rue Cler would also allow for dinner at home without cooking. We would also recommend using the Victor Cab company that PP recommends. It's probably more expensive that just grabbing a cab from the airport, but they meet you when you come out of the baggage claim area, call PP to determine whether to take you to the apartment or their office, and will give you an on time pick up when you go back to the airport. Their command of English is good and they really take the stress out of the arrival and departure process. As a heads up the airlines in the CDG international terminal, share the ticketing/baggage drop off kiosks. That means you may not find your airline when you first enter the terminal. A check on the information board or a visit to the information desk will tell you when your airline will open up and at which kiosk. Again, I would really recommend Paris Perfect and the Victor cab company. They are both first class.”Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you so much for taking the time to enter your review. It can mean so much to others who are looking for an apartment. Kind regards, Paris Perfect

The first time was with my daughter after she graduated from college, and now five years later my husband and I stayed there with my daughter and her husband. It was perfect. Because of the lay-out of the apt. everyone had their space. I really like the feeling of being away from home NYC, staying in a Paris Perfect Apt. and feeling like I live there. The apt, is cozy, homey and inviting. We were there from 12/13-12/30 and it was a perfect place to spend Christmas. Thank you again Paris Perfect.Did you find this review helpful? We are very pleased with Paris Perfect and will think of this organization first when looking for accommodations in Europe. Their service is first rate. The preparations they make for your welcome are excellent and help you feel at ease and at home right away. The Fleurie was a wonderful apartment for our family of four. It is well appointed, and has lots of charm. The building is well maintained and the surrounding area is quiet and safe.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Apt exactly as described. Beautiful decor, convenient location, clean, large, comfortable for family, quiet. Not close to metro but very close to bus line taking you to most major sites easily. It was great neighborhood for strolling and soaking up atmosphere. Paris Perfect had a greeter meet us and show the apt and answer any questions. We called once when we couldn't figure out how to use tv and someone came right to the apt to help- excellent service. They recommended a taxi service from airport that was very efficient and reliable. The little extras like that made our stay perfect."Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: I am American and met my husband Philippe in Paris, who was a cardiac surgeon practicing on a well known team. We bought our first apartment in Paris and our friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views -- walking distance to cafe's, landmarks and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying cafe' au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied a' terre when we were away and our Paris apartment rentals business began! Philippe left medicine for business and we commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who are French and American citizens... and who always correct my French grammar!
Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 6:
We tried many Paris neighborhoods over the years and found that living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
Sunny and spacious apartment; you'll love the Eiffel view from the living room window. Newly remodeled bathroom and excellent kitchen.
